Lawrence Buck made the leasing process so effortless on my part and he was such a fantastic help by answering all my questions. I cannot recommend Lawrence Buck at New Car Superstore enough. A+ service, wonderful to work with, and man did Lawrence work quickly. We were in our leased car within 3 days of our first call. 10/10 - give Lawrence Buck a call for A+ service.

I had the pleasure working with Lawrence B. He was able to give me options on the price range that I needed and we worked from there. Lawrence got me a great deal and I was in and out of the dealership in 15 minutes. Lawrence gave me the option to deliver the vehicle but I was too excited and went to the dealership to pick it up. He made my life easier without dealing with the finance department. Well worth the fee. Highly recommended!

I just want to give Noah 1,000 star review. He is excellent at his craft. He knows the ins and outs of the car business, and always makes sure his clients get the best deal possible. I have been working with Noah, and referred him to all my clients. He never disappoints. We have had a long term relationship, where he is the person to go to, when searching for a car, any car, or the situation the buyer requests. He is that guy! I always get great thanks from friends, or clients, I referred them to Noah. He is a super nice, honest, and professional person.He is spot on, and will work diligently to offer the client the best options for their specific need. He can get anyone, any car, make or model. Salespeople were very helpful and kind. However, the car had major issues. I know that when buying a used car one should always expect issues (as I have only purchased used vehicles, and this is my seventh). However, one of the issues was a big oil leak problem, which should have been addressed when it was parked on the lot. (I noticed the puddles after just 12 hours of parking.) They also gave me only 1 key for the vehicle. This led to a gigantic hassle when it got misplaced during travel. Again, this was my seventh used vehicle purchase. I can honestly say every purchase prior was infinitely superior in quality. I'm adding to this review around eight months since I've purchased the vehicle because I've paid over $4k in repairs: oil leak fix, A/C completely broke, new hybrid battery. The engine needs to be replaced now, a cost of between $8k and $14k. The car is only valued at $8k. Stay away from this dealer or bite the costs. I hate this dealership with everything in me, I have never been so financially burdened in my entire life, and this was my first car loan because I was ready for a newer (and supposedly "better") vehicle.

Right now the market is crazy. Everything is back ordered and pricey. Luckily I was able to work with Noah. Noah helped me find a car that would have usually taken 2 months to get in a week! He was able to stay within my budget which was 200$ less then what everyone else was quoting. He was super responsive and answered all my questions. I really couldn't ask for a better experience. This is my 2nd time working with NCS, and it won't be my last. Thank you for everything!!

Noah and his colleagues have provided top service for my 3rd leased vehicle acquired via New Car Superstore, Before we jump to the most recent vehicle, let's recap some big advantages from the first 2. This firm knows the auto market inside and out, and on my 1st vehicle I was able to get a very sweet lease deal from a mark that was getting very aggressive in the market. In short, there are times where certain marks want to position their offers favorably vs competition, and New Car Superstore has the pulse on these offers. They are not bound to any one direction except working on your behalf. The 2nd vehicle was a very specific track star, and through their dealership relationships they were able to line it up without any complications. Unlike in house dealership sales teams, by working with many dealerships they can more quickly find a possible match. Currently, the auto market is upside down.... many customers are waiting in line with deposits in to get a vehicle with no market adjustment, but unfortunately so many dealership sales staff have next to zero allocation to work with so the timing is a major unknown. The lines are getting longer and longer, and there is no telling when a customer might move up in line due to vehicles coming in or someone else taking a pass on a vehicle. After months of being in line and actually passing on a couple vehicles that had options packages that were not quite a good buy, I contacted New Car Superstore and spoke with Noah about all this. Within the 2nd day, he had a great option for me. Also, since New Car Superstore now has a pre-owned dealership arm, he was able to structure a deal that was more favorable to me with my current vehicle trade-in. Although it was not my top choice of color, I actually like this change up a lot more, and it is a sick ride for sure. They work the cell, the text, and the email and quick responses/ updates are always the case. Signing paperwork and delivery run very quick and smooth overall. Perhaps most importantly, Noah and the colleagues at the firm are 'car people' so they do take the time to talk about a lot of things related to everything and anything which is a definite plus.

I'm a repeat customer, only this time my credit has changed. I called Noah, we clicked immediately. I told him about my recent discharged bankruptcy and my budget and he made it happen. I'm sure I stressed him out for two weeks while searching for a car lol but he was a trooper. He kept in touch daily, answered all of my questions, always up beat. Kept me motivated to stay positive. While the one I wanted was out of my budget with my current credit, he found me one that was. It's sporty and a better car over all! I can't thank him enough, extremely grateful. Due to covid I wasn't able to have the car delivered but my experience with Simpson Buick was outstanding. White glove service, Eva, Riaz and the entire team were outstanding, and quick.
