The store has great people who are willing to listen and help customers. They have excellent and quick parts ordering, and the counter people are helpful. The staff is polite and provides great service, often fixing issues quickly. They also offer a Ship-to-Home option and NAPA Rewards to save on purchases. Customers appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable staff, who can even diagnose car problems, such as a loose gas cap, and provide solutions at a low cost.
I'm done with the other auto parts stores (I won't dignify giving those other store names here) because NAPA auto parts stores has treated me with respect and like I belong every time I go there for my car parts needs

These guys are always so great in helping you figure out solutions & having parts available. I had an emissions check engine light on my 98 Cherokee for over 2 years. After finally locating the problem, $3 in parts fixed the issue. Many thanks 🤙
