This is more than 5 star!!! Double or triple! They are very busy, though. Because the food is fantastic!! Everything is with shrimp! So shrimp lovers in Oxnard area...this is for you! Very good portions and very nice staff, people, owners!

The augachiles are bomb just sucks when there's more cucumber and onions than shrimp. For $24, this time I went I got little shrimp. Not worth it in my opinion, but I guess it's a hit or miss depending on who serves it to you.

Amazing place they have all the bomb seafood always fresh, the workers at both locations get stars and the owner very nice man he deserves 10 stars out of 10 positive,goes out of his way to make Shure I'm happy with the service and this is my seafood place to go to

Great food and always made fresh when ordered. I always get the pescado de chicharrones which are deep fried tilapia nuggets over a bed of thinly sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, and topped with avocado with a tangy/acidic hot sauce. Almost like tapatio and lime juice mixed together. Pulpos Fritas which are deep fried battered baby octopus. Both aguachiles verde/rojo are tasty and spicy. I always get extra tostadas or chips. And all of their ceviche's are yummy as well. You can also buy from an assortment of fresh and frozen seafood and very well priced from what i see. Definitely try this place out. I advise to call and make an order before you head over (if your ordering Togo) because it's usually busy here and food usually takes 20 mins depending on what you order.

Los mejores aguachiles in Ventura County. The best aguachiles in Ventura County! This Chili Head .. really enjoyed the heat! Amazing! Ceviche is good too. I love this spot. It's a fam favorite. Yes, it can get busy. Yes, there are long lines but there are also long lines at In N Out. Calm down, not everything has to be done in 5 mins. This is a locally owned place that may not be able to hire more cashiers. All restaurants are dealing with the summer slow down. Restaurants have very small margin lines and more staff is more money spent in a biz that may not be making too much. Rents are up , food is up , so as a patron I like to be considerate:) I don't care about long lines, waits of 30 mins but I do care about good fresh foods. I dug in real quick before I remembered to snap pics.. sorry! Place is clean, organized and great customer service! Good vibes!

First time eating here and I was pleasantly surprised how the food turned out great. The server is friendly and my food comes out pretty well. It tasted great like if I was in the coast of Mexico. I enjoyed the taste and the ambiance was quite good.

Fried fish is the only reason I go here. So I am not going to comment about anything else. They are quick, inexpensive and the fish is delicious. I go at least once every time I'm in town.

Hands down best ceviche in Oxnard. My family has been going to Mr. Shrimp for a couple of years now. The service is wonderful.

Loved it.The sort of place where the waitress goes to the register to ask for the English words to tell the customer.Charming place,Linda busy for a week day lunch time.Locals all around.Not cheap but we'll worth it !

I found this place a while back after moving to the area. It is one of my favorite spots in Oxnard! The ceviche is by far the best I've had and it's literally my favorite meal. I order ceviche every place it's available and I frequent this spot because of how delicious it is! The fish is always super fresh and the quality is amazing! I've had their albóndigas, pescado empanizado, chicharrones de pescado, and aguachiles. All SO delicious!!! Give them a try! Highly recommend!!
