I had a great experience on La Raza Meat Market this past Sunday. Staff were really nice and friendly and very delicious food! For anyone new to this place I highly recommend their carnitas freshly made on weekends and home made tortillas. If you are looking for a good and authentic Mexican place to eat in the area I would highly recommend this place.

Nothing fancy. Conveniently close to a laundromat (next door), with a modest selection of drinks and packaged foods. Prices are comparable to similar businesses. Good for quick in & out trips.

Don't bother buying anything from this place, they price gouge. I went here to buy a couple sodas and a bag of Cheetos. $2.25 for one 20oz soda, $2.25 for another 20oz soda, and $2.25 for a bag of cheetos that clearly says $1.69 on the bag. Total is $6.75 before taxes, and "with" taxes my total was $8.19. Drive a little further and go to the 7/11 on C St. and Wooley instead, it's a lot cheaper.
