“I went into Cricket wireless this evening to get help with my SIM card. I walked in and immediately I received service. I explained what I needed, Alexzandra was the rep who assisted me was friendly, professionally and went out of her to get an answer for me. To find out she had just started working but still did an outstanding job. I will say her coworker Marisol who has been with cricket for 6 years didn’t mind helping when Alexzander needed it. Great team work. Thank you both for going out of your way to assist me. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE..12/01/2022 I need to add to this Review. I had to go back into this store today 12/1/22 to purchase a SIM card. Again I was immediately greeted with a smile. Marisol assisted me. There was some issues with my phone but Marisol did not give up. She tried everything she could do along with calling customer service for assistance, never once did she make me feel like she was bothered or frustrated. She was finally able to get my phone up and running all with a smile the entire time. As I sat waiting , I observed all the employees interact with customers. Marisol, Alexzandra, and another employee I didn’t get her name. All 3 of them very professional, friendly and Great customer service. I won’t go to another store. I’m new to cricket and because of the great customer service I received both times I visited this store I am 100% A satisfied customer. Thank you Ladies. Your all are Awesome.”

“I had to fix my broken screen on my old iPhone 11 Pro Max. I normally would do my own repairs but going through AT&T it was $50 for it and screen after market $40. This place uses genuine parts. I came in and Ting and Bryan were awesome. I came for a walk-in and walked out with my phone fixed quickly. This staff was friendly, genuinely kind people. Great customer service. I think people like Ting and Bryan are a great asset for Asurion, I hope this company recognizes good workers. I would definitely recommend my friends and family for their tech needs.”
