The Manager in this metro is so nice, helpful and professional. Do not go to metro at A street by the post office or the one next to me.shrimp on savers unless you want to have a bad experience.

I love this Store. They already know what I need for my family & always offering me ways to save $$ and/or upgrade. They may not have everything in stock but for me it's worth the wait for their experience & hospitality!

Worst policy and service, they take items like the charger, to sale it to you separately, If you decide to cancel your transaction. They will not give you full refund, even with the receipt on hand. Managers are rude, disrespectful, no People skills and being truthful, is out of the door, if you complain to the Manager, she'll call the cops and give her laying version to the officer.SO DON'T FAUL FOR DISHONESTY AND OVER PROMISE, COMERCIAL BY METRO,T MOBIL --------0 STARS--------

I have been with metro since 2018 and today I had the worst customer service!! Celiaa... was so rude and unfriendly. When I told her i wanted to pay with debit and not credit. She said you have to wait 60 sec to use credit...and when the transaction was done she threw the receipt at me and when i asked her why she did it she said" because i dont like your attitude" I can not believe how Celiaa thinks she can speak to vslued customers this way. So dont ask to pay with debit you might get your recipt thrown at you.

I just had a experience with an employee Celiaa when trying to pay my cell phone bill first I must say she was already belittling one of her co workers I guess she was displaying her dominance. But back to my problem she got upset because she didn't know how to use the debit card reader and threw my receipt I told her next time hand it to me she replied I don't like your attitude that's why I threw it! Only thing I can say is you need God in your life if you don't like doing your job you you should quit! I hope your boss sees this!

I originally bought my phone here. But anytime I went back to ask for help, they only wanted to sell me a new phone. So I went to the store on vineyard and they answered all my questions and fixed my phone. Since then I've been back to vineyard several times, and always very helpful. Going in today to buy a new phone. I refuse to go to the Fremont store , even since its only blocks from my house. No thanks

You have no time for customers? Your music is too loud? You told me to go away? Customer service from South Africa just stalls? You told me to go away? Where can I get my money back? Your service crashes all the time. South Africans don't understand english? Money back!

The shop attendant herself didn't know the plan details she was talking about.I ported into Metro based on what she had told me but I completely regretted it later after seeing the bad and expensive service.

This location is great, especially April, who had actually helped me a few years ago when I needed a new phone. Yesterday, I had to purchase a new phone because I had dropped mine for the 75th time and I could no longer use it. It happened to be my bill due date as well, so I stopped in the first Metro store on my way home from work. April helped me right away, and I remembered how happy I was with her a few years prior when I bought a phone at that store. As it was unexpected that I would need to buy a phone yesterday, I was looking for something not high priced, but still functional and within my budget. She asked for my info while I browsed the display phones so she could see if I was eligible for an upgrade, which I was. When I purchased a phone a few years ago, she also helped me get all of my important things from my old phone to my new, which was a great relief both times. She helped me to get all of my photos, contacts, and apps over to the new phone I purchased. She didn't try and push a really expensive phone on me when I told her what I wanted. She was not aggressively pushing me to purchase extras like a lot of sales people can be., just asked and explained benefits and actually listened to what I was looking for. She seemed to genuinely want to help her customers, and make sure they are happy with their purchase.

I worked at this location for a month. For customer: Always ask for a receipt. If your activation charge is more than $15, they are stealing from you. The people who work here are trained to add more money onto the total simply because they need to reach their sales goal, not because you need to pay it. None of the cases, glass protectors, or accessories are free. Again, it's a hidden fee they charge you because they want to reach their sales goal. If you have the unlimited 4G data plan and you need high speed data, please get your phone connected somewhere else. Data is slow and not worth the $60 a month. For people interested in gaining employment here: Managers were unprofessional, stopped teaching after 2 weeks of working yet expected me to know a lot more than 2 week experience, I would ask questions and be given the vaguest answer. Toward the end of my employment before I quit I came to the realization I couldn't steal from the customers that come here. If you have no conscious, compassion for others, like being harassed by managers, I welcome you to work here. The pay was pretty good but the cost was to be a con artist.
