After patronizing metro for more than a decade I'm so DISAPPOINTED with their service. If you purchase a product that has a manufacturers defect you by all means should be entitled to a replacement/refund. The device I purchased has a bad battery and the device is also defective. Why shouldnt they replace the entire product including the battery. It is through no fault of my own that it turned out this way.Tried to resolve the situation through customer service only to be told by the managers at two different stores that customer service cannot tell them what to do, exactly in those words. I was treated like a nuissance at the stores. The manager even had the audacity to state I was upset and speaking to their store employees too strongly. She mentioned she reviewed the store video. I challenge her to post the video online for all to see and let people judge for themselves if I was out of line. Between the store and cust svc they straight out LIED to me, the store state that whatever cust svc says is irrelevant as it does not apply to them.I'm just going to file a complaint with the BBB hopefully they can get metro to compromise on the matter. For the meanwhile I'll be looking for another phone carrier to do business with. My recommendation DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I cracked my Motorola Android Turbo screen and they fixed it perfectly. I didn't even have to call for an estimate because Yelp did it for me. The owner emailed me back almost immediately with a fair estimate when most didn't even reply. Also, a lot of phone repair shops will not even repair Androids. I can't imagine how easily and cheaply they would fix iPhones.

This is the worst customer service i have ever recieved. I called to ask if they had a certain phone available and the girl was so rude to me i wouldn't recommend anyone to do service with this store IDK how she even got hired with those poor people skills!

In a 2 week span I went through 2 phones. I recommend not purchasing the Alcatel TRU. This phone sucks! It constantly turns off or reboots on it's own. It freezes about a dozen times a day and won't connect to your Bluetooth. My first phn was new the second one which was to replace the first one was refurbished. I called the store to ask for a different phn they said no I was pretty much stuck with it (so much for a promotion) then was given a phn number to head quarters who said I could drive to there location for a new phn (the same make/model) in hopes it worked when asked where I had to go they said Riverside (smh). Worst experience/help. I had to call customer service who then I asked to cancel all my phn lines w them since I was not properly being helped. They no problem helping me and sending me a new phn (LG) at no charge and said I could keep the piece of crap I currently had. Why couldn't the store I originally bought from be as helpful let alone there corporate office.
