Found a Ford F350 online. Called on Thursday for info. Got in touch with Matt Franco and scheduled a FaceTime look at the truck for Friday morning. Arranged to drive from Clovis Ca. Matt had the truck ready and 2 hours later we were on our way home with it. Matt took care of us as did all the staff

I have a 2019 2500 144 Hi roof Sprinter that I had a slight argument with a concrete barrier, Front right side damage, I have to compliment and speak highly of the parts staff, Particularly Tom (Dan Valente Parts manager) he was very calm and helpful with the situation I found myself in… Mercedes USA were absolutely useless, customer service from MB USA leaves a lot to be desired especially for this Marque!!
Tom was instrumental in getting my Van (work van) back on the run after months of being held up for a $245 part that was on backorder with no release dates, the part was a front radiator support panel!
Thanks to Tom there was an alternative part in stock at Mercedes that did the job and I was back on the road..

I'm writing to update my review; I was offered compensation for a loaner car that broke down on my way to the airport. It took several months to resolve the issue because I was initially referred to the wrong person to handle my case. However, once I was directed to the right person, Mercedes promptly compensated me as expected. I want to thank the Mercedes dealership for their sophisticated luxury cars and excellent customer service throughout the years. Despite the initial challenges, I still believe in their outstanding customer service. Thank you, and sincerely, special thanks to Barry Taylor for following up and to the GM, Rick Alpern, for promptly resolving the matter. Thank you and sincerely grateful.

AMAZING SERVICE!!!! Every time I go in for service I am greeted by someone right away. Their TEAM is always professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The level of service they provide is excellent.

I had originally brought my car to a trusted family mechanic to see what the problem was when a check engine light turned on. And they advised me that it was a problem with a certain part that dealt with the transmission. However, they could not do the repairs because Mercedes would not sell them the part so we would have to bring it to Mercedes. They advised us that the part would cost around $450-$500. However, when we brought the car to Mercedes, they gave us a service estimate of $4500. So we paid the $4500 and while the car was in their care, another check engine light turned on and they advised us that it would be another $1600 to repair that issue. They had the car for two months when they finally returned it to us on the same day within hours of receiving the car another check engine light turned on and they advised us that it would be another $1800 to fix that light. November 2023 we had also brought the car in for another light issue which cost around $2500-$2800 and with in that same service, another light came on and they advised us it would be an extra cost. The total cost of repair in November around $3400. The repair service at Mercedes of Oxnard seems very Untrustworthy, With the Estimates constantly changing from the initial amount. They take no accountability and constantly attribute the issue to the car being older. How is it that we bring the car in for one check engine light issue and they say they fixed it only for two more lights to turn on… at what point as a consumer do I start to mistrust them and believe that the new issues are of their doing to make extra money. Because everyone knows most of a dealership’s profit comes from the service department. These people do not take accountability and I want everyone to be aware and beware before they bring their car in for service and have to deal with the same shady business tactic and practices that we have had the misfortune of deal with with. I’m sure we are not the only people they are pulling this stunt on, I also believe they were trying to take advantage of my dad because it seems like he’s not very English fluent and because of his accent. It was only when I began to speak to the service advisor that they seemed to change their tune. It seems like every time we bring our car in for service for one issue they find many more issues to charge us thousands of dollars more for. Please help, the car has been in their possession for three months now and we do not want to keep paying them thousands of dollars. They keep telling us it’s one problem and conveniently for them more problems arise that cost us more money.

I had an amazing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard. My family and I were immediately greeted by Teryn who was incredibly helpful, informed us super well, and was able to answer all our questions. We were interested in purchasing the 2025 CLA 250 and she was quick to allow us to test drive and show us all the features! She was able to facilitate my purchase and I am extremely happy with my new car! Teryn is a an amazing salesperson.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mercedes Benz of Oxnard, and I must say it was one of the best car-perusing experiences I've ever had. From the moment I stepped into the dealership, salesperson Asrın's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel at ease.

This facility is amazing clean and very welcoming...staff continues to be nice and efficient every time I stop by for routine maintenance services. This last visit was just like any other the service team got me in and out in a timely manner and didn't try to sell me anything extra I didn't request or need. Price is very reasonable for the service i received. While waiting i browsed the showroom and used car lot all the cars were presentable Great all around people and environment will update on my next visit
