Staff is friendly and nice.”

“I recently bought a tux for a wedding and was looking to get it altered and fitted. Most of the tailoring and alterations places I have visited in the area were closed because they had mislabeled their operating hours online.
Luckily I stumbled across Stychs. As I approached, I was already greeted outside by Randy who had offered me beverages because it was a hot day. I spoke to him about my issues and he immediately got to work! Randy and Rosie helped take my measurements and professionally consulted me about my alterations for my tux and slacks.
After a week my tux was ready. I tried it on and it was perfect. A man named Juan helped open the pockets and gave me a nice bag to retain the quality of my clothes.

“I want to start off by saying that BD is an amazing company for so so many different reasons! I hand been a loyal costumer for at least 6yrs not if not 7 and I hand had nothing but posative experiences not only with the clothing itself but the customer service, the employees, the owners, and the tribe they created which had boring so many of us like minded ladies tougher. The clothing had always been amazing quality with the most perfect collections, sayings, & quotes! I kid you not BD is quiet literally ALL I wear when not working and have free time! I can say throughout these 6-7yrs they have continuously come out with new/diff collections that have resonated w/me at different moments and circumstances I have gone through in this time! The customer service is so far above ANY other company I have EVER dealt with, not just clothing but any company AT ALL!! They are so dedicated to making sure that the customer above all is happy with their purchase EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Even if it's nothing that they did or was their fault they will make sure to find a resolution to your problem that makes you happy, and on the VERY RARE occasions they make a mistake they immediately take responsibility for the mistake, then they go above & beyond to correct this mistake for example a key chain printing was not up to their standards and without anyone even having to say a word they reached out to us informing us that they would be sending replacements to correct the problem 100%on them when they truly didn't even have to say a thing or do that, but they chose to because their customers.... their tribe is their to priority! I have had to call costumer service a few times for my mistake (ordering wrong size etc.) & they personally answered the phone and immediately helped fix the mistake. I say all of that to say this... idk and have NEVER dealt with another company who has such impeccable, kind, and timely customer service! Throughout the years I've gotten to know the owner and many of the ladies who work in the warehouse personally and know they by name as they do me. What other company takes the time to go live and interact with and talk to their customers the way that they do at BD?! They are more than a Clothing brand but they are a community of also women who I an proud to be a part of! I have made so many amazing friends through this company and tribe they created who otherwise I would have never met and I am incredibly thankful for so of these ladies! They are constantly giving back to the community, and tribe in so many different amazing ways each year and I an honored to be a part of this! There are so many women who find/come to this company in the beginning so totally lost, broken, and feeling like the only one going through these life changing events to now belong to a group of women who encourage, love, and lift one another up making you feel heard, seen, & valid in your thoughts and feelings! There is nothing like this that I've ever seen before! Lastly I want to take this opportunity to thank BD's owner Cristina for making me feel heard, seen, & appreciated when I was having a very dark time in my life here recently. She took the time out of her day to send me a hand written card letting me know that I was valued and loved at this came at the perfect moment! I mean seriously... who can honestly think of another company why genuinely cares about their people this way?! They hand 100s of thousands of customers/tribe members.... yet she took the time to reach out to one! That's truly something worth supporting IMO! I am and will forever be a loyal BD tribe member! And if for some crazy reason you haven't yet tried Beautiful Disaster yet.... what are you waiting on?! The clothing lines/ collections are sick and the company itself is amazing!! I mean... they even ask us what we want to see more of, or what types of things we would like....& they actually follow through and make these ideas a reality! “Ask for Joseph, for approximately a year now Joseph and I have changed my hair style multiple different ways. Each time I leave after a cut I feel confident without checking the mirror- leaving that his responsibility. I will continue to use Re-up as my barber salon as Preferred choice.”

“Been here a bunch. Pretty typical for clothing store. They didn’t have the item I went for and the cashiers are always pretty awkward. Otherwise it’s well designed, lots of different styles, good environment.
I’ll keep shopping here, but might add online ordering because of low stock.”

“Have a corporate account but prices were already pretty good for retail. Went to the Thousand Oaks store and they suggested I go to the Oxnard store that had a better selection of the work boots I was looking for. Blanca helped us and there was an issue with the account. By the time I found a pair I liked she had the issue resolved and I was walking out with my boots. Normally I steer away from sales people. Glad I didn't this time.”

“I was attending a wedding 5 days from when I walked in. I knew it was a longshot that I cold get a suit with alternations this close to the event. But I gave it a shot and I was not disappointed. The mature gentlemen got me all set up with a suit, shirt and alterations all that very morning. Very friendly and helpful folks there. This made up for the awful experience I had in Deluth, MN when the Men's Wearhouse staff member refused to help me in any way. The Oxnard store is great. 5 STARS. They know what they're doing.”

“This is a really nice store so much to look at for any Event any Season any Holiday:) Unfortunately the 3 story Forever 21 is no longer back home so we gotta go out of town. Sometimes youll meet very nice workers sometimes youll meet the cashiers who dont offer for you to put your email for whatever their reasons at both stores. Ive worked as a cashier for Many many years when i was back in High School and We Rocked Customer Service. Unfortunately Customer Service Now And Days has gone Downhill but it has alot to do with the workers who take their job and the Customers serious. I am always Greatful for those workers who make our days alot better with their Hard Work and Good Efforts.”
