Had gone for years, had a few minor repairs that didn’t hold up but thought they were honest enough. One repair led to an engine overheating less than 100 miles after it. Throughout dealing with their insurance and eventually winning a court case, the owner refused to apologize, talk to me, or even answer any emails. Disappointing given that their taglines highlight integrity.

I just wanna say that they fixed my s550 Benz. I had taken it to 2 other shops and they were unable to fix the problem. I was extremely frustrated. I then was referred by a friend to Mekaniks and they fixed it in less than a week. I recommend them to anyone who drives a Mercedes Benz or BMW!! I will go to them for all my repairs from now on. Thanks Mekaniks

I have mixed reviews about this shop. Carmax referred is here and although our van was ultimately fixed, it took over 3 months to get it back. I had to keep calling every week to get updates and there were always parts being ordered/back order so it was a big inconvenience as a family of 5 to be without our car for so long. The van ultimately was returned to us and we haven’t had any problems since. Adam was always very helpful with our concerns.
