C*****!!!!\nThe police tell you your car will be stored and you can pick it up after you are released. After 4 hours that is not true. They never attempt to just store your car they steal everything you got in it. Then they want you to pay lots of money to get it out even when the police say you can recover your belongings and the car for $70. They lie to you. You bring paperwork from police station and they still do not release. By the time you fight about your car it has already be put up for lein sale only after 4 hours of being there.THEY ARE C*****!!!!

Van got towed on a Friday, and it couldn't be released til Monday after paying $245 just for the release form at OPD. Then $550.....EXPENSIVE EXPERIENCE. We learn from our mistakes ?

This guy is literally terrible says he's not going to honor the law and let you get items from your car. Takes things from ppls cars I've heard nothing but bad from this asshole I really hope ppl sue him in class action suit

This place is awful! My car was taken in Sunday evening and when I went to retrieve it there were things missing. $300 pair of sunglasses, a priceless bracelet from my grandmother, and a new sweater that was still in the bag!! They literally took it out of the bag and left the empty bag in my car. I didn't think I needed to check and make sure all my belongings were there so of course I didn't notice until I was home. When I called "Kevin" who refused to be helpful or apologetic blew me off. This place is SHADY. If you have a choice NEVER go to this business. They partner with Oxnard PD so I am not surprised they're shady and don't care. When I called to file a police report the officer said "sorry I don't think I can really help" people who take advantage of a situation like this are slime balls and scum of the Earth. I feel totally violated and disgusted with this business. WARN EVERYONE!

My car was taken in on Saturday to their tow yard and I picked it up Monday when they opened and charged me 3 days storage fees, and a bunch more nonsense fees which racked up too 600$. They really need to drain everyone's pockets for their own greediness 0/10 BEWARE

Tee have to get him out of the towing business!! He's a horrible human being who is incompetent and cares only about money and tells you to go on these ridiculous ass missions that you need this that you need that a bunch of BS!!! Then for him to tell me to come back tomorrow cause he's closed!! Mind you it was only 5:05pm! He closes at 5pm!! Iam going to report him as well!!P.s come on everybody CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT!!!

Place is a joke, they wouldn't let me get anything from my car including registration papers and was missing items from my car.. the police officers are working with them to screw people for money .they already had a lien on my car to sell and it was there for 17 days.. my car was never impounded , they "stored" for my benefit but I had to pay a release fee..you can't beat these ppl. But something needs to be done

Charges a daily storage fee if your vehicle is there for 4 hours or more. Be aware that they offer a service of picking up your vehicle for $80 after hours rather than storing it there. They will not tell you this. They would rather charge you the daily fee on the weekends because it puts more money in their pockets. In addition, they do not take any covid safety measures, despite a county wide mandate. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy, but be aware that this is who the oxnard police call if you're in an accident. Even if you're in a hospital bed, take the first opportunity to get your vehicle back from them because they will not make any exceptions, charge you the maximum rate, act like they did you a favor, and laugh all the way to the bank.

Towed my father in Law’s truck for new street sweeping zone infront of the house. Oxnard PD and them are partners in crime, charging $600 for a 3 mile for an overnight tow. They damaged the truck with a forklift and laughed in our faces about it.

They are STILL THIEVES!!Well, I guess they haven't changed much, they stole a lot of the things from my car too, including a gold and diamond ring, a small amount of cash, and a bluetooth headset. Probably other things too, but I didn't take an inventory. Of course, THEIR idea of an inventory is to put all of your stuff into a garbage bag, and charge you $60.
