“I love this store! The people who work here are highly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I saw a customer express her frustration at one of the employees because she felt she should not have to get in line given she is merely dropping off a package. The employee reiterated her request cordially that the customer wait her turn but this only ignited the customer's rage and she showed it. I was impressed by how the employee maintained her composure.”
“I needed to have some documents notarized and walked in with a sweet greeting by a young lady along with a young man smiles all around then a women came out and introduced herself Ana was very accommodating and quick everything took less then 15mins and they offered to mail it for me . Win Win their is a UPS closer to me but I will make the drive to visit Anna and her staff”

“The customer service was excellent. It was the part of the visit to plaza Mail Center that stood out the most. The place has a small business feel to it. I went to get the process started for a new passport. The gentleman that helped me was very kind, courteous, and even offered me a bottled water. He helped me fill out the application form. My passport photo was taken there also.”
