Today was a great shopping day at Lowe's. I found everything I needed fast because I found employees ready to help me right there in the aisle where I needed them to be. Amazing! First, I needed keys made. Veronica offered and had them made before I even turned around to shop for other things. Then I needed to solve a problem of lifting a couch for a senior and Seth helped me see the solution through. Then Jack cut pieces of lumber after I had purchased the long pole. I don't believe I had ever had so many help me on one trip. Thanks people at Lowes. Especially Seth- you went above and beyond. You deserve recognition.

I have been in the store three times to try to get a price for windows for my house and every single time I come to the store there's no one available to help at the windows section. I am here right now and I have called the manager four times and no one comes. There's always excuse that someone is at lunch or a someone is on break. Apparently this location of Lowe's has no interest in making money or doing business with customers.

My 2nd year getting our Christmas tree from Lowe's. Good tree selection, good price, and the people working the tree lot are fast. 10/10 recommend for purchasing your Christmas tree.

NEVER use Lowe's to replace your kitchen cabinets!!! I ordered kitchen cabinets 6 months ago and the project is still incomplete with no end date in sight. I have had nothing but problems from day one. The person who measured did not do an accurate job and forgot a whole section on the back side of the island. The "design expert" designed the kitchen, however didn't realize a whole sections wasn't accounted for. In all fairness, they took care of that problem, but it added a few weeks onto the project. The hood above the stove has been sent 4 times incorrect. It is now on order AGAIN, I'm hoping for the best but doubtful. The installation has been a nightmare also. Getting ahold of the installer has been challenging to say the least. He is unresponsive, and doesn't follow up or respond to calls or text. He keeps closing work orders that are not complete. The workers he sends are very good but their hands are tied with finishing my project. I have spent countless hours and too much energy trying to deal with the installation department, only to have them not allow me to speak to a manager. In addition, they changed the installation team mid project (at about the 5 month mark). They reversed that decision after I complained. They don't know how to help with any of the issues I am experiencing. It would have been so much easier and cheaper to go through a contractor.Needless to say, I am furious and so disappointed!!

Won't be going here anymore,the self checkout staff makes you feel like your at Walmart ,especially Yvette ,they make you feel like criminals when your just trying to self checkout your stuff

Before you guys give any service order to them make sure check the price with different manufacturer/contractor, service company...etc... To put the gutter on my house I got a price from them which was 5 times higher than the local company's price. They quote was $2,394.00 for 52 ft gutter... The local company's quote for 92 ft seemless gutter $1,200.00 including everything. (KB Sheet Metal and Rain Gutters in Thousand Oaks). Never ever go to the lowe's and buy anything from them. Save yourself from frustration and pick someone else as a contractor.

Do not ever buy an appliance through Lowe's or waste your time on the extended warranty. I have a 2 year old GE washer under their 5 year extended warranty. It has had 5 service claims because it keeps breaking. I have been without a washer for a month and a half now. They state after 4 claims, they will replace it with a refund check and after 14 days you will receive $50. Neither of those has happened. I have been in store to get help (they stuck me on the phone as they don't deal with warranties in store). I have had 2 appliance companies come out and taken 4 days off work to be told it's not repairable. Lowe's has provided no updates, emails or texts to inform me of what is going on so I have had to be the person who calls between Lowes and the repair companies as they don't communicate either. I would give zero stars if allowed. Buy your appliances anywhere else, Costco and Best Buy have better options.

Lowe's has never disappointed me before like this. My parents both 77 years old bought a refrigerator and the protection plan over 3000 dollars. Well they been giving my parents the ruin around for over a month now fridge still broken. Both of my parents are diabetic and my mother has cancer which their medication needs to be refrigerated they are giving them the ruin around about a compressor is not available. I've called it's available everywhere. I asked for them to exchange the fridge they won't . This has been emotional for the family to treat our parents like this my mother with cancer does not need this stress 08/09/2023 still no calls and still not resolved. Unacceptable

I was in the Oxnard store earlier today and found my interaction with everyone I encountered to be top notch. People were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. I was shopping for multiple items and the entire staff was remarkable. Keep in mind this was the day before Fourth of July and they were as engaged, if not more so, than any other day. I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to give a specific mention to DIANA, EMMA, ALONZO and the on-duty manager, NICK, all of whom truly a pleasure. They handled everything i came to accomplish and they made shopping at a big box store feel like a boutique. I'd hire them myself I could. I hope the company is made aware of the fine work they are doing; they are the kinds of people any company should be happy to have working for them and representing their brand. Good on Lowe's for finding and keeping these good folks. Applause and thank you! Brett P.

Went to the Newberry Park Lowe's to buy a water heater. They did not have it sent me to the Northridge store. When I got to the checkout, they said the product had been recalled I could not buy it. The manager had a very bad attitude and was almost mad at me for coming into wanting to buy it very disorganized and not aware of the fact that they've got product on the shelf that has been recalled poor management. Very very disappointed. Drove 40 minutes they have no consideration for your time.

The best customer service! The wife and I like coming to Lowe's for our 10% discount but self checkout couldn't find our number so we went to the register with the friendly cashier Cristal. She just knows how to make customers feel cared for.

A big thank you to Alicia, Alonzo and J. Barnett for loading all of the mulch I purchased! They were so sweet, helpful, kind and professional....Due to health issues, I didn't know if I would be able to do this big project this year but Lowes made it so easy to order it for curbside pick up and they could not have been nicer loading so many bags in my truck....I am so grateful and excited to work in my garden this year....Thank you Lowes....

Just wanted to share some thoughts about this company and the Oxnard location. I can understand why so many people give such a poor rating for a company that's supposed to be great . (Key word Great) Besides the fact that on a daily basis customers well being are in danger ( Almost every day they are stealing from the Oxnard location and management allows it ) There own employees/ Supervisors and Management steal from there own company as well . The expectation for top Quality employees or Managment is set below the standards of even Home Depot or Walmart. At $15 an hour please don't expect any good service or decent advise . The parking lot is a homeless and drug user's paradise with the approval of top regional managers approval. Hence the customer safety . The top qualified employees either move on to other careers or are pushed out . The products they sell are amazing but so is everyone of their competitors. I'm surprised this company has not gone bankrupt, there stock value is embarrassing as well as there choice of management and executives. They hire ex Home Depot employees who are below par and vice versus Home Depot hires Ex- Lowe employees or Managment who are below company standard . The customers are the ones who pay the price. I would rather shop online that to give my business to this D-minus company.
