My boyfriend and I recently secured our first home, and we couldn't have done it without the support of Ricardo Rico.
As our loan officer, he was incredibly helpful, always available to answer our questions, and provided us with clear and knowledgeable guidance at every step.
When our first appraisal came back too low, we almost had to back out, but Ricardo worked closely with our realtor to find more up-to-date comps and ultimately secure our loan.

Loan Warehouse is an amazing company not only have they taken care of my refinance and home loan purchase in record time but they also took care of my father's refinance. My father was strung along by another company for 8 months who neglected to close his loan. Once we reached out to Dean he immediately took action and closed his loan in 2 weeks. As a first-time homebuyer, I was hesitant to begin the home buying process. Luckily, I was put into contact with Ricardo Rico at Loan Warehouse, who helped me apply and get qualified for a loan before even looking at the market. This all made things so much easier because when I found what I liked I was ready to put in an offer. This process could have been very overwhelming but I am so fortunate to have had Ricardo’s help. My fiance and I are impressed with Ricardo's transparency, willingness to help and positive attitude. He took the time to educate us on the mortgage lending process from start to finish and was kind enough to answer questions after we had already received our keys. My husband and I recently refinanced our home and had the pleasure of working with Ricardo Rico from Loan Warehouse. This has been by far the best experience we had during this process. I've had the chance to work with the team at Loan Warehouse on several refinances now and I've never once felt out of the loop. Their rates have been excellent, and you can even close in under 15 days.
