I left my work van with leons. I'm sure they did a fine job rebuilding my transmission unfortunately while my van was in their possession about $2000.00 worth of tools were stolen from my work van. I will never see them again. It was the most expensive transmission repair I've ever had.

First time there, took it in for what I thought was a transmission issue after they diagnosed it took it for a test drive. They said it really wasn't the transmission but my truck was shooting off some other codes that I should get looked at if fixing those codes doesn't fix the issue bring it back and they'll look at it again no charge for their analysis.

Leon's transmission shop it's al about transmission and they do absolutely good ? job when it comes to fixing your transmission because I've taken several vehicles there and no problems with the transmission ?

I am a customer of Leon’s Transmission in Oxnard California. I dropped my car off to Leon’s in Oxnard to be looked at. I explained to them that my car was not shifting so that I could drive it. My car would not go further than a block. I had just moved from out of state and I was stressed beyond belief now stranded with no transportation. I thought that I was going to be out of hundreds of dollars that I did not have at all, therefore car less. Leon’s transmission told me they would look at my car for free and diagnose it. They called me back and said it was just a fuse that was causing the car not to run. To my disbelief they said that my car is ready to be picked up and that I did not owe them anything. I felt like crying. I could not believe that there were still honest helpful Machanic’s out there. Leon’s Transmission blessed me and my family tremendously just by their complete honesty. I am so grateful for them. I would recommend anyone to them. They are so honest and not looking to charge people but just to help people. Yvette, the lady that helped me over the phone listened to every concern I had and was so polite and professional. She was an amazing person and helped me to no that during this horrible time of trying to move and my car breaking down that there are still people and businesses that are there to help you. To anyone looking for a honest Machanic you can definitely trust and rely on Leon’s Transmission. They were a life saver for me and my family.Service: Transmission

Office ladies were very helpful and plight. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get same day service on the inspection I needed but was told of the next available day they could be of service to me.I can see now why they've been around for the length of time they have. These guys kept my car all day and then s said I needed a 3800.00 transmission replacement. I went to Volvo Independent and they said it was a computer error. Went to Wilkes. They also said computer error. No new transmission needed. $300.00 fix.Go to Wilkes Transmission for the honest competence. Ask for Wally
