The staff is always friendly, but I wish the Oxnard location was different. It's not the best area and there's a lot of pot holes driving up to the store. The store is rather small, but it has a lot of potential, if only it was bigger and in a nicer area in the city.

Great place to shop. They plenty of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. Come and invest in your health. Customer service is great here. Lots of educational literature. A variety of organic produce. Come be nourished. I can find everything I need here.

Just wish they would change locations to a nicer and more upkept area. It’s such a weird location for a health food store. The girls that work there could be nicer, they seem annoyed to help/ answer questions.

Want aware there was another Lassen until I purchased my 2g2g. Kinda weird location on a huge parking lot that hasn't been well maintained with a bunch of people conducting car wash services there. Store inside was surprisingly nice and very well organized. Staff was quick to respond and friendly! Definitely smells like vitamins and supplements when you walk in ?

Has most of the products you would expect to find at any lessens but the location is just downright pathetic! Why limit your revenue and reach by staying in such a tiny, ghetto location? I expect this is why they never have a good selection of meat, its just too small.. No deli or butcher. I literally drove past a man defecating in the parking lot as i was leaving. I see vacant spots around port hueneme and Channel Islands harbor that I know would be a much better suited location for Lassens plus there is a serious lack of healthy stores in that area and the residents would be thrilled. I don't know if the owner just doesn't care or what the deal is but it makes no sense to me to have a Lassens there, no matter how long it's been there for.. I'm sure the existing customers wouldn't mind driving to a nicer place even if it's just a bit further away for gods sake, man even the employees seem extremely JADED and not too excited to be there I walk in to the other locations and people are happy, all smiles! Not here lolAnyways they have some good stuff because it is, after all, a Lassens store. Someone needs to explain to the owner why it would be better for business and for their customers if they move to a nicer location, it would be a win/win all around.

I do not usually go here. It is difficult to find even with navigation aid. I went today because of Too Good to Go app and my purchase there. Got a good surprise bag so I will continue and try to find a better path than what seemed to be straight forward.

Lassens in Oxnard has all organic produce. Vitamins, juices, some sandwiches and other prepared food and a great staff. The parking lot where it's located not very nice but inside the store Paradise.

Great concept this store .Sadly the management must not expect customer service from those they employ . I came in specifically to the deli/hot bar "Gus" at the food counter was so curt & RUDE. He blanket statement that "his" people don't warm food up ever .. he'll make sure they understand that ! ??????? Weird thing to say . He seemed offended and put off by my request to warm up a deli item I wanted to purchase. He acted as if I had 3 heads . I'm not sure what's going on with this store.... So Not satisfied .Funny as it is ,I've shopped Westlake Goleta & here in VENTURA (my home) location for Years always have had my deli food warmed up .Main reason I come here.Breakfast Lunch & Dinner ! WTHeck - If this is some policy that all other store employees don't know about ? So turned off by Gus's disposition . He needs to go .

I love the produce at Lassens, I also love that they have raw milk. I know that sprouts has raw milk too but I definitely don't get the same kind environment that I do at Lassens. I like that I can find unique things there and it pushes me out of my wheelhouse to make more exciting dishes. So Lassens is definitely a great spot to try. I also go here for their green drinks and smoothies because I know they're organic. I love the Australian manager he knows his store and is great with his staff as well as His customers. I've shopped there a lot during Covid and he really went out of his way to help me find what I wanted and need it. I also got my turkey from them last year and it was fantastic. I felt so sorry waiting for all the people waiting at Whole Foods for their turkey because it was easy Peezy at Lassens!The guy in charge of the produce section cares so much for his produce and always takes my requests. They get seasonal food and it's the next best thing to a CSA.

Great store! When you call they are able you to answer any questions with knowledge. I call first because of the sketchy location but never have any issues. I love a lot of their products including the refrigerated probiotics. Also locally and family owned!

It's really nice having a Lassens in Oxnard. I can get most of my low carb and intermittent fasting supplies here. I don't mind paying a little more than online. Support local businesses and your community. Shop Local. Plenty of parking. It is never crowded. They close at 7pm. They carry hard to find items that Whole Foods doesn't carry.. Management does a good job keeping inventory fresh and properly stocked.
