If you are a trans person and need to get your hormone levels checked, stay clear of here. The phelbotomist was very friendly at first and we had a nice conversation, until she saw my legal name on my debit card. She said an audible "oh" as if she were disappointed, and started using my incorrect name and persisted to even after I corrected her. Very disrespectful, I will never set foot in here again.

Fairly easy parking, but unfortunately, I'm rating this business as a three star because the lab is only open until 3, but no one is available during lunch, from noon - 1:00. No one answers phones or returns phone messages. They should communicate this online. The low to no communication about availability isn't very friendly for working adults. Please don't waste your lunch break coming here.
