Avoid this place for blood draws. The technician, a Caucasian man, somewhat chubby with red spots on his face, ended up blowing out one of my veins. Despite my veins being difficult to find, I've never experienced bruising until now. He was alone when I arrived, but as soon as two more patients came in, he started rushing. Additionally, he repeatedly felt for my vein without wearing gloves, which is unsanitary, even if they wipe it with an alcohol swab afterward. As soon as he saw the additional patients, he rushed and ended up poking me four times. I've never experienced bruising like this before, and it's only getting worse. I strongly advise against going here, and if you do, steer clear of that particular technician.

Took me a bit to realize that I had to in the building and not around it but once you go in, it has a really nice water garden. The office was warm feeling and inviting, the person working there was very friendly and got my blood taken with no problem.

Very clean and peaceful area, love the building design and look, had to take an immediate drug test for employment and they were able to take me in as a walk in, service was very quick and efficient had no troubles highly recommend this facility!

Customer service went down the drain. 5 stars for having a cup to collect the specimen but they barely wanted to help with the lengthy check in process as I was doing the teetee dance after waiting for a cool minute. Wasted one and almost had to waste another sample.

Please be advised that this place is only temporary available, I have a 72hour window for drug screening and it’s been terrible attempting to get in. The staff will only see you between 12:30-2pm please don’t show up at 1:50pm as I did this on a Friday and the two ladies in the front declined my arrival. No appointments available first come first serve. If you can pick other place than LabCorp I would or perhaps update the hours of operation on the header.

A drug test is a drug test wherever you go. Things that could make an experience positive could be customer service and exhibiting a friendly disposition. First things first, if you need to come to Labcorp, make an appointment online first. When I first arrived, there were fifteen people waiting in line outside to check in because they hadn't booked online. My fail was not having my registration number provided by CastleBridge (given by whoever sends you to Labcorp for the test). I had my various confirmation numbers and QR code, but no registration number. I spent ten minutes finding the registration number. Save yourself the time- have your registration number handy! Good things- my appointment slot was honored and I was seen in a timely fashion. Cons- only one staff member, one bathroom, and a lot of people waiting in line. I got caught in a pleasant conversation with someone waiting inside. After two minutes, the technician told us to take our conversation outside due to COVID-limitations. I apologized and left. It's not always about what you say, but how you say it. I would give an honest two star review but I give an extra star because I am certain it gets tiring to be understaffed. At one point, someone came in for a drug test and didn't even have identification. She got snappy at the technician over this. Rule number three- have your photo identification with you. Overall, I got the job done but wouldn't choose this location again.

Super quick and efficient- I would give 5 stars but it’s just hard to find.FYI if you’re going- it’s space 971-A (upstairs) in the medical plaza.

It's difficult to find their office, and when you do, their drug screenings are only between 1230 and 1430.

The ladies who work at this facility act inconvenienced to do the job. I went in with a specimen although I did not have the paperwork. They said sorry we can't help you without it. Instead, I had to solve the problem as easily as they could have. Took me five minutes, where they could have gotten it done faster. Never a welcome or a smile. Just bothered that they had to do their job. The location is fine. Hard to find since there is no signage. There is an elevator. Accessibility is there albeit difficult from some entrances. There is a steep ramp. It's rather old but clean. Hopefully they will get the test taken care of in a timely fashion.

A very small one person operation that is very efficient. I made an appointment less than a week in advance which was incredibly convenient. I was seen quickly and I had zero bruising from the blood draw which is saying something because I bruise easily if the phlebotomist doesn’t do a good job.Quick, safe, easy, convenient. Drove 40 minutes to get here and it was worth it.

very clean, very professional and also very friendly. i am in quest for bloodwork at least twice a year. i visited labcorp for different testing and had as good an experience.. labcorp being much smaller than quest. wouldn't hesitate in returning.
