My wife and I have been clients of Samaniego and Associates for over 20 years and counting. They're knowledge, customer service and their attention to detail in regards to the tax system is second to none. Carlos and Valerie are courteous, professional and have always gone the extra mile when needed.

Valerie has been doing my taxes for years. I couldn't ask for better service, always on time and professional. She has an amazing staff and they are always there to answer any of my questions. I highly recommend "Samaniego & Associates" for all your tax needs. I just wish I could give them 6 stars.

Score is ZERO Paola the so called "receptionist" don't do her work, all she says they have been busy "all day" that's BS. I have been filing tax here for few years, Mr. Samaniego is real accountant and very helpful and knows what his doing. The daughter so called "ONLY trained by Dad"? who knows? poor customer service. Paola "the receptionist" and Valerie the so called "trained daughter". Be thankful people that you guys have the job, do your job well and have passion for customer service, both are lacking for passion of work, unfortunately. They cashed out the service payment 3 weeks ago, but then my papers wasn't filed yet to IRS, no follow up from them until now until I called and asked about my refund why taking so long. Then Paola the receptionist said with sarcastically voice that they have been so busy??? No follow from them at all. Paola and Valerie very poor customer service, poor attitude, incompetent.

I've been coming here for years, always professional and friendly. I see people complaining of the late policy in the reviews and I've worked in doctors offices and in utilities and I think people need to realize that just because this is a service you pay for doesn't mean you don't have to respect other people's time. You're scheduled a time for a reason. If I'm late anywhere I'm prepared to either be cancelled or charged. You get mad when your doctor is late, you get annoyed when your payment comes in late .... why is it ok if you're late?? this place has been great to me, my family, my mom, and I've referred several friends who are all still going to them. Try them for yourselves don't listen to bitter people taking their stresses out on other people because they don't know how mutual respect works.

I love this family run business. They are very friendly and welcoming (not only to myself, but my pooch as well. Valerie is very personable and helpful. She even had treats on hand for my dog. She surprised me by going above and beyond to make my dog comfy. She allowed him to sit on their chair rather than keep him in his carrier so he could as she quoted "stretch his legs". I even referred my mother and she has been a happy customer since. She is starting to refer people as well. Will continue to refer and remain loyal. As a tax preparer, Valerie has 20 years experience!

I've been coming here for 3 years and this was going to be the 4th year that I've came to do my taxes. I had an appointment but I was running 10 minutes late. When I got there the tax prepare, Valerie, was not with a client and was talking to one of her coworkers hence I did not disrupt her from another client nor inconvenience her from her work (even though I felt like I did inconvenience her). I apologized for being 10 minutes late and right from the get-go she had an attitude. I asked her a simple question and she replied with a snarky attitude. As a Tax person who is there to work with the public I was very stunned at the way I was treated. Poor customer service and her acting like she's above anyone is very unfortunate because that's just not the way you treat your clients. I'm glad I decided to take my business elsewhere and I will definitely not be going back or referring any of my family or friends to this place any more. Wow, base on Valerie's response back to me explains of what I was actually talking about. Tone and mood. With all the yelling explanation marks shows it all. Just to be exact I was 13 minutes late close enough to 15 minutes. I had NO problem with the late fee I was late, understandable. However, you stated you starting working on "something else" I as a client would not have a problem with rescheduling. Again I apologized for being late and did not get a response back. Base on your respond you have mention my personal question out publicly and that's wrong. I do indeed have a sister in Mexico and for someone "professional" to state that I would be cheating to get more money? is so not right. I was genuinely nice from the beginning, rushing to hurry up to my appointment, but your attitude and set of tone was unnecessary and unprofessionally. I was expected to be welcomed nicely and just with a great awesome attitude as of how I remember you from the past years. Thank you for your response

My family had gone too them for the longest time till 2 years ago... I honestly can say I don't trust going back since my forms were filed wrong and you cannot have 2 head of households in the same address. We left for pricing too high from one year to the next and sketchy outcomes. Sorry but they were also rude when we would walk in no hi or welcome.

Great tax counsel. Good prices and the family really knows what questions to ask in order to give you the most profitable and honest tax return/tax revenue.
