I called ahead and asked when they closed they said 9 I show up at 845 and they locked the doors. I don’t think that’s fair being I called ahead. They should really work on that.

Store repeatedly closes before said closing hours. Today, the store closed at 8:45pm. What’s worse is that I saw the employee go run behind the counter and hide. They pretended like no one was there. I saw you. White middle-aged lady with curly black hair. The Caucasity.

Very messy, disorganized store. Everything is overpriced, especially for being in such a dump. Bad customer service, the employees ignore you unless you happen to be one of their friends.

I needed 1 item that was on sale. Door buster and break. It was the beads that were all 2.99 per strand. There was maybe 20 strands to choose from. Of course not the one I needed. I was in 2 weeks ago for the 4/10 sale and the conditions weren't any better. While looks for an additional item I noticed that section was blown out too. Plus go backs were all over the place. The store was a complete disaster. Sad but Michael's and hobby lobby are always in stock. There beads 50% off right now. Shopping online is an option as the manager on duty mentioned but it takes a few days and come from multiple locations. Sometimes they come broken or damaged then there is the inconvenience of the return! There should be some sort of program in place when you run a big ad. I was in the store today, and Vanessa as always gave awesome service. At Check out Coleen the cashier I hope I am spelling her name right helped me with extra coupons, for discounts.. I've never disappointed here.

I will never order from JoAnn online ever again! I ordered 3 items and it has been a moth of waiting. I wanted these dia de los muertos buttons for my project ..and added some stuff I really didn't need for the free shipping..not worth it. I submitted 3 requests for a refund and no answer from them.

Horrible management. The manager with blue hair is very rude. When I went in a few months back I asked for help with something she looked at me in confusion, questioned what I was looking for with attitude and then threw her hand up to one of her employees to help me instead. Haven't been back to buy anything since!

Do NOT buy Joann's gift cards. You will be wasting your money as they do NOT work. I received 3 as gifts and two the cashier had to manually put in the card number several times before it worked. The third card (for $40) just plain declined. I contacted customer service and received numerous emails from them asking for the card number and pin. Each time I sent it to them and they would email me back asking again for the card number and PIN number. In my book this is fraud.
