Reason why I would give them something like this is because I asked for the things that were basic that was very important for every day and shared come to find out. They didn’t listen or took my needs. Seriously causing me a lot of loss a lot of loss.

The customer service is 5 star but car insurance rates are getting outrageous. Insurance companies are gouging every one and anyone. Despite no moving violations, DUI'S or accidents in several years I have seen no relief in pricing or good driver rewards.

Have had Allstate over 15 years. Poor customer service. Have to make multiple calls to get something changed. No accidents or tickets and yet insurance rates never come down nor get asked to work on premium options. Changed companys this month.
