Been Going to this smoke shop for years now and I had to come on here and honestly let everyone know that if they haven’t been in there yet. They definitely need to check it out and switch over. The owner is always remodeling his shop and switching things up. So the place has style and definitely connects with the customers. Personally , I love the way Vivi runs the place when she works. The music , the incense’s she uses to have the place smelling good all the time, and how she always has the place clean.So she’s definitely my fav out of all the employees.She’s always looking out and even using her tip money to help others when they are short a couple bucks.They got a bunch of different cool bongs and pipes. Variety of smoking tools, torches. You name it.And another thing I love is The Raffles.!They always hook us up with a bundle of stuff. Like a bong , pipe, and an assortment of things along with it for us to win!

Usually good experience,good customer service, but there are days (like today) that throw me off. For example ,it's 10 am(they open at 8am) & I been waiting outside for bout 30 mins . They have a back in 5 mins sign up and have a lit up OPENn sign up,SOidk wats up with me waiting this long outside patiently . I'm getting the feeling noones here which will have meant I wasted my time this Friday morning .now putting me in bad mood rest the day. Must be a issue due to owner mess up. Or employee not showing up causing store to not be accountable for it's hours..

Terrible, terrible customer service.Save your money, time and energy and go somewhere else unless you want to be treated like human trashI used to go for the convenience, but I’d rather drive somewhere else and wait in traffic.Disappointing.
