Destiny the front office manager was incredibly rude with the accusation that that my girlfriend and I had damaged the fireplace. I have filed a corporate complaint along with a complaint with consumer affairs after they had illegally charged my credit card $250.

Very beautiful landscape, Great breakfast available. Wonderful atmosphere, amenities such as bbq area, basketball, gym, pool and even a pet area. Easy freeway access. My only gripe would be we had to walk so far for our room. All in all a pleasant experience.
Noteworthy details: There is a little bench area for those who smoke.

Stayed only one night and arrived later in the evening, but our experience was good. The room was spacious and clean. It was stocked with all the essentials needed, toiletries, dish soap, etc. Pretty good night sleep, there were no disturbances during the night but the mattress and pillows were too soft.

Nice hotel, conveniently located.
Rooms: Rooms are nice, mine has a separate bedroom from the living area.
Safety: It’s really quiet and safe here, haven’t had any problems.

Like most things there is negative and positives. Unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives in this situation. The hotel room was fine and was as advertised. The issue with this hotel is the management. They are severely understaffed which causes the employees to be stressed and unable to provide service that is expected. I called the general manager Dolores Licon and I now understand that this is a top down issue. She became emotional once I gave my feedback. She interrupted my statements multiple times and wasn't really listening to what I was saying. She then proceed to cross examine what I was saying to find inconsistencies in my statements. Only listening for perceived inconsistents as opposed to the real issues that I was bringing to her attention. When I pointed out that this was unprofessional she escalated her behavior and told me she was going to get off the line. Before hanging up on me she told me I was welcome to call Hilton and that I was no longer welcome at the property for future stays. This was very unexpected especially from a general manager and especially when there wasn't any rasing of voices or disrespectful language used. It became personal for her and vindictive for unclear reasons. It reflects on her lack of professionalism.
This is a reflection of poor management and this reflected in how I was treated during my stay and my followed up with the general manager Dolores Licon.

Everything about my stay was amazing! The entire staff from Housekeeping, Breakfast attendant, Front desk, & GM were absolutely amazing! The rooms were nice and well taken care of, the property was clean. Nice area and so many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. I stay for four nights booked two rooms my family and I were so pleased with the friendly staff. Thank you!

Good service everything was clean everyone was so helpful my kids had lots of fun I really recommend this hotel and thanks to Carla she was super helpful the breakfast was super good over all was an amazing experience?

When we were about to leave, out of nowhere the room was filled with maggots(they weren’t there when i got breakfast which was 20 minutes earlier), we didn’t have any food inside the room so they just teleported, we also heard a woman screaming stop, while there was a banging sound for the walls, very unnerving, was good up until the last day.

The rooms are adequate, no free breakfast, location is ok, the free internet is slow. You can buy food from the restaraunt in the lobby, but it's kinda $pendy.

Rooms: Decent room, recently remodeled IMO the rooms are nice than the garden inn next door will be staying here again if needed.

Stayed for a week for work, I was really satisfied with everything. My room layout was great, and it had a mini kitchen which was awesome!
Also the free breakfast was delicious every single time.
10/10 would stay again.

Such a disappointing stay. I stayed at the hotel for business. I left in the morning to attend a meeting and came back to have breakfast with my husband. I waited for him in the lobby while he came down from the room. We went to the breakfast buffet and started serving ourselves. Little did I know, the woman at the front desk followed us and began questioning me. She did not believe that I was staying there. Please keep in mind. There were a lot of people around us, and she was not discreet about questioning me. Everyone was looking.
I told her my room # at and even offered to show my room key. I found this whole interaction to be very insulting and humiliating and she walked away with even giving an apology. She just said it was “weird” that I was in the lobby.
Am I not allowed to leave and come back to the hotel I am staying at? I will never stay there again.

My family and I stayed for 6 nights, have to say everything was beyond extraordinary! Housekeeping was always on time, had extra towels, kind and polite. Front desk staff was client focused, outstanding customer service! Pool was clean and hot tub was perfect! The room was great, bed was so comfy I slept like a rock! Having the kitchenette was great, didn't have to eat at a restaurant every single meal. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Only thing I'd ask for would be a gluten free option for bread, bagel or muffin(2 of the kids have celiac) but they had eggs, oatmeal, fruits and yogurt. They were happy with cereal and fruit, so no biggie! Thanks for the great visit! If we come back to Oxnard, we know where to stay!
Rooms: Spacious, comfy and relaxing.
Nearby activities: Th connection isn't far, the harbor is maybe 25 minutes away.
Safety: Felt safe, good feelings all around! No sketchy people around
Food and drinks: Food nearby - lots of options

Probably the best Hilton hotel in Oxnard/Ventura. I like the breakfast as and staff’s friendliness.
Would really appreciate daily housekeeping and a little more competitive prices.
