Been here a bunch. Pretty typical for clothing store. They didn’t have the item I went for and the cashiers are always pretty awkward. Otherwise it’s well designed, lots of different styles, good environment.
I’ll keep shopping here, but might add online ordering because of low stock.

Bought a bunch of clothes and they left the sensor on one of the items. Had to come back 2 days later since I live 20 mins away. The cashier checked my receipt, removed the sensor and not a single apology or word came out of his mouth.

The Oxnard H&M is well organized and clean. The staff is nice. The prices are good. There was a lack of clothing the last visit (in December). It's like they were doing a floor change but never finished. Made shopping for gifts bit difficult.

Every time I come here they always have their fitting rooms closed. All the time and it sucks because I want to try their clothes but every time I see their fitting room closed at this location I just refuse to look for anything.

Cheap clothes with even cheaper customer service. They lock some of the entrances/exits (which should be illegal during business hours for safety) and close the fitting rooms an hour before closing. Team members directed me to the manager to ask why the fitting rooms were closed, yet the manager had no idea her team had closed them.
