When my appointment got canceled at another imaging center in Thousand Oaks. I was left worried and with no appointment. The great people at Clinicas del Camino put me in contact with Grossman and they got me in within a couple of weeks. They were very professional and everything went well. Now I have peace of mind. I highly recommend this business!

Would give them 0 stars if possible. Staff gives misleading and incorrect information. Scheduling is a nightmare. Can’t get booked sooner than 3 weeks out, and when they move people around to reschedule you it’s always conveniently forgotten in their system. Advised by multiple staff procedure is “approved” but then I’m hit with a HUGE bill as I’m getting into gown. Do not trust these people.

This small clinic needs to be organized. JASMINE in the scheduling dept is VERY lousy & Unprofessional. She would pick up the phone, This is Grossman Imaging" without stating her name then if you would ask her name like 'What is your name'? She would ask you, WHY? Omg, Mcdo customer service is wayyy better than this Grossman Imaging clinic. They needed to RE-SEND them to training!!! ASAP

I was so impressed by this company. I had two appointments scheduled but because they were for the same area and both required injections the technician did both tests for me at the same time. I know that this may have inconvenienced some other patients but she suggested this as the best option for me and I was so appreciative. Thank you for going the extra mile for me. I really appreciate it!

I normally don't post reviews, but this was such a horrible experience that I had to. I was scheduled at 4:40, supposedly at the Grossman location that I had recent mammogram. I was asked to check-in for paperwork at 4:10. The scheduler gave ke the wrong Grossman location, where I arrived at 4:25, still 15 minutes BEFORE the mri. I was then told they wouldn't see mebat my 4:40 appointment, and was forced to schedule a month later, even though I had to wait a month for this appt. and had to request it off work a month in advance. This is for a possible cancer! The paperwork took 5 minutes. I was done BEFORE my scheduled mri! When did the people here forget what human decency means?

First, I'm giving a one-star review because I can't go lower. You don't deserve any stars because your billing policies are less than stellar. Checked in for appointment and was told I had to pay the entire amount of my deductible because nothing had been met yet. They had me speak to their billing Dept and the receptionist said, "she doesn't understand we need to collect her deductible." What I do understand is you told me I was scheduled for 2 procedures, but might only need one, but still have to pay for both before you do anything. All this all before billing my insurance. If you need any kind of diagnostic imaging, expect to pay a huge amount upfront BEFORE they bill your insurance. They will not do any procedure on you unless you pay some amount upfront, even for services you "might need" depending on the results of the first procedure. My advice, GO ELSEWHERE and stay away from these crooks. I will let my oncologist and primary doctor know to never refer any patients here.

I encountered a real bad racial discrimination against me. From one of there Technicians. By the name.DARCY.the guy even threw me out, of the establishment. That's how much professionalism he has.
