I was do frightened of having an MRI because I am claustrophobic.. The receptionist left a lot to be desired...but when I actually went in, the technicians were wonderful!!..They were kind and walked me through everything. Shout out to Betsey!! Thank you..I give 5 stars not counting the receptionist..

Pleasant experience with the staff and sonogram. Make sure you know where you’re going though, since I was sent to the wrong office (by urgent care).

I had to find a new radiology place after not liking the previous one in Thousand Oaks. Grossman has been great so far. Make sure you know which office you are supposed to be in. The whole staff is great starting with the scheduling lady. They are not as busy as other places as far how soon you can get in. Keep up the good... read full comment
