After a tube up, months later I’m told I need new engine. I replaced engine and less than a year later I’m back for another tube up. Later found work promised was not done. I was charged twice but each time old man couldn’t provide a receipt. Got burned twice. Rip off garage.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Where to begin. I brought my Lexus RC 350 with a small scrape under the front bumper that wasn't too noticeable but it bothered me enough to get it fixed. I was told they could make it look "good as new". A day later I was told I needed to buy a brand new bumper since they said they couldn't repair the scrape; they could TRY to repair but it wouldn't look right. When I picked it up they had replaced the bumper, but still left a scraped part of the front tongue; the rep said it wasn't technically part of the bumper and never included in the original estimate so it was left unrepaired. When I got home I found the driver side running light was incorrectly re-installed and I will have to bring it back to have them remove the bumper AGAIN to reattach the light correctly. I ended up paying close to $1500 for what should've been a minor bumper repair that didn't end up looking "as good as new". I expected more from a body shop located in an auto mall and referred by the Lexus dealership so beware this location. Update: after bringing my car back I met with the GM who was very understanding and helpful. He agreed to fix the remaining damage, refund the difference of purchasing a new bumper and fix the bumper gaps in the reinstall. When I picked up my car later that day it looked as good as new; they definitely turned around my negative experience into a positive one. Thanks !

Went in to get rear bumper work done on my '17 Toyota Camry. Front desk advisor was very helpful and got me setup in a very timely manner. Service advisor Rigo provided excellent customer service as well as competitive pricing! Technician Josh did amazing work and I don't notice a thing that even happened to it. It looks better than before if not even brand new. They even went over the little dings I had over the car with the excess paint and touched them all up. Hands down, great overall experience and I'm definitely glad I went with them.

This place is the BEST. Excellent work and on time. Wonderful group of people. Friendly, helpful and they laugh at my jokes. The first time I used them I brought the car in, dropped it off and they drove me back home. Actual serious collision damage to the right front end of the car. When the car was done, about 2 weeks later, they called and we arranged a convenient time for me. They picked me up and brought me to the shop to get my car. It was clean and ready to go. The second time I used them I needed to get some seriously deep scratches repaired and repainted. The dealer gave me the paint code. I had to order it. They didn't have it in stock. Turned out to be the wrong color. This shop blended their own, fixed the car flawlessly and returned the unused incorrect paint to me so I could return it to the company I got it from. They delivered the car back to my house. I didn't even have to go to the shop. AND they fixed it at no charge because I had had my car there previously. Even with having to blend the paint themselves. You can't get better the that. I can't imagine going anywhere else. You can trust them with anything and they go way out to help you and make it easy. My car was completely vandalized, thankfully I had full coverage. For the most part I was not updated on anything about the car, Friday comes and they tell me my car is ready ,they didn't mention it's only an hour before closing and weekends are closed too. I hurry and get there only to find out I can't take my car unless I pay the $500 deductible straight to them, I wasn't prepared but I did have my credit card & was able to use that ... right when I thought I could leave the guy there tells me I have to pay another $350 for the tires! He said "yOur ThReAd waS thIS ThiCk aNd We DonNt bUy useD pArts so We chArGed YoU thE exTrA ThICkneSs" ... uhm so why does that only apply for the tires when everything else that got replaced was worn down like the windows ??! ... anyway they tried to f*** me over And the only reason I was able to leave without having to pay the $350 was because of the inconvenience they caused by not telling me I had to pay to begin with ...the work was okay, my tinted windows were bubbly but I rather not go back at all ... they later called and said it was a mistake, very unprofessional
