If I could do 0 stars I would. Money hungry and shady, take your money elsewhere. Took my car in after I thoroughly explained the problem and they acted like they had the proper tools to fix it and ended up saying they couldn't. Why take my car in the first place? Money Hungry!

I'm not sure who owns this place or if it's just corporate owned, but the people working here don't really seem to care if they sell tires are not.

Let's start with the overly rude and ignorant service advisor. This place is the typical bait and switch auto shop. Fraud don't go here.

I'm a woman in her 50's & I'm very pleased with their service. I shop around for pricing & Mountain View Tire Shop has great prices. I drive a 2019 infiniti that needed new brakes. I paid half here & I was able to get the front AND back brakes done for what the dealership quoted me just for 1 set. It's been approx 2 months & my brakes are great & I feel safe. Well worth the price.

Rip off, never returning. I would give half a star or a zero if possible We took girlfriends van in, a/c not getting cold not working right,knew it wouldn't be cheap, suspected leak. Nearly $300 and hours later van is ready. They inspected, tested with dye, refilled refridgerant etc. full a/c service found nothing wrong, no leaks no issues etc. Mgr Juan Cruz and service tech an L. Barros. Of course we asked questions about it and it worked good..... for about ten days.... Of course we returned, hours later, they do same inspection and test, no refilling, but apparently found small hole in one hose they apparently missed first time. They wanted an additional $615 for new hose and labor including repeating all the same labor and dye and refridgrant. Would not give us credit from the first bill to put towards this even though they screwed up the first time. We got "Sorry we missed it the first time...." "That's just the way it is, sorry...." That's what they told her when she returned. That's just freakin' messed up, and treating her like she's an idiot and doesn't know better because she's a woman. She asked me not to go down there it wasn't worth it, so I didn't. So they were trying to double bill us for the same work. What a rip off. Trying to take us for another $300 or whatever. Same Mgr Juan Cruz and same Tech L.Barros. Girlfriend already tried calling the 1-800-876-6676 ext. 3500 to resolve but only got recorded msgs and no call back of course. Bummer cause they seemed cool and I was going to have them do my muffler work and 4 new tires. Guess things happen for a reason. We found someone else, Sharp's Auto and everything works awesome, no issues. NO MORE MOUNTAIN VIEW TIRE & AUTO!!!

Went in for a service and came out with Transmission problems. They didn’t even put a transmission filter in my vehicle. Double check your fluids before you leave this place.

I brought my car here several times for oil changes until the time they used the wrong oil filter and stripped my oil drain plug smh this is very unacceptable had I noticed sooner I would've taken it back right away but since it's a vehicle that dosent get driven much I didn't even bother so yea thanks for the new headaches and you lost a customer

My son took our vehicle to this location for a tuneup on Saturday at approx 2 pm. My son advised them that our vehicle had a specific sensor in the engine that SHOULD NOT be disconnected, removed or altered. It was understood by all. What actually happened? They messed with the sensor!! After specifically being told NOT to & they didn't tell my son. My son pays approx $400 for all services and starts to drive away. As he is doing so the engine starts to sputter & the check engine light comes on. Instantly he knows it has to do with the sensor. He goes back to this location & tells them what is happening. They "fix" the sensor & tell him to come back if he continues to have problems with the sensor. At this point it's approx 4:30. He starts to drive home & barely makes it back. He tries to call this location buts they are now closed. It's Sunday morning, my son is there now and the staff is actually arguing with him about what they did to our vehicle after being told, specifically, not to touch or damage the sensor. I am a disabled person. My son is my caretaker & takes me to my appts in this vehicle. I have two appts this week & I'm afraid I may now miss them because the vehicle is sputtering & unsafe to drive. They have now refused to accept responsibility & are refusing to help. They disconnected the heat sensor & it will cost us an additional $400 to fix the damage this location has caused to our vehicle!!! To say that this is a disappointment is not even close. It's irresponsible & negligent!! This location serves our community and they don't care about causing damage. NEVER TRUST YOUR VEHICLES TO THIS LOCATION!! They don't care & won't help if they damage your vehicle!!

They had plenty of employees, so we were greeted right away. The one I worked with was nice. I was told over and over again they'd be done in about 20 minutes. It took hours. I got into my car and the sensor still said I had a flat tire. So I got my baby back out of the car seat, went in, pointed it out, and began waiting again.... Once I got my car back, I looked at my new tire, and there was no cap on the stem (where you put air in your tire). I asked if what I paid didn't cover that little piece. They apologized, went to find one, and eventually I was able to leave. Nice people, but not a great experience. Our first experience was also negative...

Very helpful getting me just the tire I needed. They suggested holding onto my rim, so that when the tire arrived the next day they'd be ready to put it on and get me out quickly.

Buyer be ware. Went to this store. Had no problems previously. Was almost charged $60 for lifetime warranty on tires that had no warranty. I believe there is new ownership. Workers were friendly but I almost bought two $97 tires and cost out the door was $320.
