Absolutely terrible customer service through the shop goodwill online site for this location. The item I received was damaged during shipping as a result of them not packing it properly. It took days to get a response from them. And even more time to receive my credit - which I still have not received!

All the stuff were so old and dirty l will never visit that place ever again

Been very disappointed with Newbury Park lately.. Shelves are empty, endcaps empty ☹ left last 4 times shopping empty handed.
