“U-Haul always seems to have very professional and knowledgeable staff. They always have an answer for your questions as well as ACTUAL recommendations based off your descriptions. If you need a bigger box truck/trailer they will let you know. If you dont need much, they will recommend that best suits your need.
The professionalism of the staff is incredible. This last time I went there was One employee working in the front and a decent line of customers, this lady in the front of the line was NOT having it. The gentleman at the register kept his composure, did not escalate the situation, assured the upset lady that he will do his very best to correct the situation. 10 stars for this employee ?????”
