I bought new tires for my RV from Pete’s. Jose was very helpful in answering questions and making sure I got the freshest tire’s available. His tech team (Christian and Ruben) did an excellent job in dismounting and mounting my new tires. I highly recommend Pete’s for new RV tires and roadside tire service.

My wife and I have traveled from FL to Ca. When we got here I noticed an issue with the Michelin tire on my tag axle. I called Petes to schedule a service call. Jose took the time on the phone to go over my concerns and looked at pictures I sent him. Rather than charge me for a service call or sell me a new tire, he assured me it was not a road hazard, but that i should watch the tire. That is great service in my book. Thanks

I just had 6 new 255/70R22.5 Toyo M122 tires installed on my Thor Palazzo yesterday. I priced online tires and gave a call to Pete's Road Service. They have 9 locations in Southern California, and since I live in Anaheim Hills I chose their Fullerton locaton, about 7 miles away. They didn't have the tires in stock but got them within 2 days. I did not need to bargain with them as the price with all the taxes and disposal fees etc was about a thousand less than the online service that does it at your location. That wouldn't work for me in any case as my driveway is sloped and I didn't want to hassle at the storage yard, not sure if they allow it anyway. The service was same day but I chose to pick it up the next morning and I am very pleased with the tires, all within 4 months or less, with one 3522. All were made in Japan. I need to get some different stem extenders but these will be better than the ones I had before. My original Michelins were serviceable but aged out, made in 2015. I am a very happy customer of Pete's, and no I am not a bot or connected with them in any fashion. If you live in SoCal I suggest you check with them when you need new tires!. PS - despite reports they don't stink either

I recently had our RV serviced at Pete's road service at the Gardina location. when I arrived at the facility, I had a near flat tire which they repaired prior to servicing my RV CAT diesel engine. When I returned home, I found the tire flat again the following morning. I called the Oxnard office, which is closer to my home and spoke with Jim, one of the managers. He sent a road mechanic to my home to repair the tire. The tire was to damaged and the repair didn't hold. I bought a new tire and Jim offered to pay for half and installed it at no cost. I can't thank Pete's Road Service enough for the service and paying for half of the Tire because they felt responsible for not having repaired it the first time is unhear of.I have used their service in the past and will continue to do so in the future . I highly recommend calling Pete's Road Service when you have tire problems on the road or at home. they stand by their work.Thank you Jim and the company.Tony DelgadoSimi Valley, CA

I was using them use to a national account (aka we were doing a lot of business with them) had an issue with a tire they installed. I asked them to look it over they stated the tire had a nail (which it didn't) all for an extra 100 bucks. Now a complaint is filed with BBB and the national provider. I can't stand people who won't make an honest buck. Make sure this location shows you the work not just the work order. Rather then argue we are just taking out business elsewhere and filing a complaint. Rick stated he was the manager. Needs to brush up on his costumer service skills. Some people don't know how to operate a business.

I received very great customer service from Manuel. He went to go help us on the side of the freeway, and he got us out of the road safe and sound. He was very polite, made conversation with us and asked how our day was going. Manuel, also went ahead and checked out tire pressure and suggested to replace some of the tires since they were too old. Thanks Manuel!!!

Jose Guzman Store manager at the Oxnard California location is super knowledgeable and took care of my issues very quickly and the fee that I was charged was phenomenal I expected a bill 3 to 4 times what he quoted me for my service. Just because of this professional service I will remain a PETES tire customer forever. THOMYT
