I'm reporting this business to BBL, ever since they changed my tires one of the mechanics went inside my vehicle under the pedal and I don't know what he did. My cruise control is not working no more and the yellow lights won't go off. He thought us ladies we don't know nothing about vehicles and tried to charge me for a sensor reading air. I told him if it was broken, it wouldn't be reading in my dashboard the air pressure, which it reads. The other mechanic didn't charge me to get it replaced which he broke it a while replacing a used tire, but made my vehicle worse. Ladies be careful what mechanics are doing to us. Now I have issues which I never had before, and I'm not going to take it there ?

I stopped in with a screw in my tire and ordered a bomb burrito from the taco truck next door by the time I was done eating they were putting my tire back on . And reasonably priced I highly recommend this establishment

Don't bring your nice rims here. They will scratch them and deny they did it. Finally got the guy to admit it. I came back when we both agreed on the next day to fix it. He saw me pull up and walks out the business. He calls the shop and has some lady telling me to come back another day. At this point I feel like I'm being blown off. Also they over priced their tires. I recommend you go to Wal-Mart. If your trying to save money. The tire they sold me was 50 bucks cheaper (installed).

Hands down this is the worst tire shop in town, the employees are incredibly rude and act like they don’t want to work or even help you. Save your time and go somewhere else.

They do not have the attention that a professional should have, and they do not attend to you in a bad way. In my experience, they did not want to rotate the tires that were still covered by the supposed 50,000-mile warranty that they gave me, and instead they told me that the tires were already damaged, and that I already needed to buy the 4 tires for the Next oil change that I do regularly every 4 months with them. My tires have only 25,000 miles on them.

Gave me a fair deal on tires, but said I needed some tie rods to do the alignment . They put in the wrong parts . Didn't replace one of the boots and never aligned the steering . They charged me to install the wrong parts and left me with a mess to fix . The shop that fixed the truck couldn't even adjust the new part they put in because it was jammed . I'm not going to even try to get my money back because I don't want these guys touching my vehicle .

Great service, great prices. Tire repair, no plugs. It's one of the only places in town I can pull in with my trailer without having to disconnect. Perfect location, great size lot.

Just needed a patch and they tried to sell me new tires. Went to pay and noticed a 12 pack of beer in thier office fridge. Not going back for when the patch fails and i dont have a choice but to get a new set.

Waited an hour to be attended while other cars came and got attended. They're is no first come first serve basis. Once they brought my vehicle in they left it on jack stands for about an hour before anyone intended to work on it. Other vehicles keep arriving and are being worked on before my vehicle is touched.Will not be back !
