Great Fuel Prices but the Market has gone downhill since Management Changed. I used to shop here 2-3 times a week. Not any more. The parking lot is full of Panhandlers and not so safe. My Elder Sisters wallet was stolen from her car while she was filling up. Management could care less. But the Oxnard PD was great and even came to our home.

No bad reviews, great low gas prices and loyal customer service that is always with courtesy
and with huge smiles! Station is never unattended or has no liter in site. I appreciate food 4 less for giving our community a gas saving station in the Esplanade plaza of Oxnard, Vta.Calif...10 star rate and for outstanding services, thanks... sincerely,

I wanted to recognize Jermain Morales for his customer service and work ethic. Kroger got their money's worth when they hired this young man, He was ready to help and did when I had a issue with the air machine. It's so nice to see when others take pride in their work, this reflects the company.

Today is June 21st, this morning, at 7:26 am. At pump #14, I put gas. The total was 9.99 and I printed out a receipt, so I left with no worry, then I go to another store to go make a purchase and my card was declined, and I knew I had $ but I was declined twice. So I checked my balance, and it said zero. And I thought about if I only went to food4less gas station this morning and put 9.99 in gas only, but I had a charge pending for 36.21, darn. I was pissed because I thought I was a victim of debit card fraud, I thought some1 put one of those card readers that thieves put on the machines to read your card info and make fraudulent charges. So I go back to the gas station at food4less in oxnard and check the pump and card reader to make sure that i can't pull the card reader off, didn't come off, so then I go talk to the gas station attendet and let her know what was going on, and she said to me that the machine or system takes a deposit, I said wtf!!???? I use my bofa card here. I told her, and that s*** has never happened with my bofacard, I use my wisely card to put gas, I told her, and I knew I had $. So I asked her if it's all the cards, food4less charges, a deposit, or just certain cards, and she said certain cards. B******* I've never heard of any gas station taking a deposit from your debit or credit card just to put gasoline. She said you have to talk to a manager she couldn't help me she said. Have any of you been or had an attendet tell you the same thing? If so, is this something the BBB or the FCC should know about.
