Nice big selection of products. I've shopped online for delivery, had phone orders and shopped in person; all great experiences. I've been to the Woodland Hills and Oxnard locations-I prefer Oxnard.

The manager Yarden, called me personally to apologize and that they would make improvements to customer service. He also offered me a discount on my next purchase to make up for time and gas spent on the wasted drive over, thank you. It helped on our next purchase as we came back and spent another 1k on bathroom tiles yesterday.

Don't get me wrong there inventory for tile is amazing and to die for !!! With great deals and prices all year round just wish they had more tools for the right job

What a disappointment! I never write reviews but this one needed to be written because Floor and Decor needs to retrain their employees on customer service. From the beginning when we stepped foot in the store, the staff at the Oxnard location were just standing around, there was no "Hi, can we help you?" They were not even doing anything. So until I actually asked where the vanities are located they just pointed it out saying it's in the "back on the right." How vague is that direction? There was not an ounce of initiative to even want to help. Their vanities were okay and we finally found something decent. Also, don't be fooled, the vanities are not as durable as it seems online. We asked the front how to purchase a vanity and they pointed to the direction of the customer service area. Edith the rep was rude and grouchy until I had asked for her name. Then she softened up a bit. When our contractor picked up the vanity he said it was damaged. So we had asked if they can order a new one and when the new one arrived it was worst than the first one. They pulled out other vanities of the same style and our contractor said they were all bad. F and D gave us the option for a 10% discount and our contractor had said that it would cost more than 10% to fix the vanity so we decided to get a refund. When my husband called the number to get a refund they were not helpful at all and had to explain that all the vanities they had showed us were damaged. I'm not trying to complain just to be rude; but hopefully this will narrative of my experience will help improve F& D customer service and products for other customers out there. Pls retrain your employees.

Rob at floor and decor is an absolute amazing employee and provided superior service. He clearly knew what he was doing and he got the job done efficiently. Kenneth at floor and decor is an excellent employee as well. He was nice and kind and was willing to help when other people just walked away. Specifically, I asked a gentlemen in a red polo and another gentlemen in a green vest for assistance and they literally just walked away without assisting me... and the store was not busy at all. Rob and Kenneth should be promoted!! I was in floor and decor for 3 hours. It took 2 hours of me standing around before anyone even asked if I needed help. Anthony was the first person to ask me if I needed help and assist me. I was so happy that someone finally was available. Most importantly, during the loading process, Rob and Kenneth got the job done and didn't just walk away, like others did.Rob should be the manager. I was there today and if Rob was not at this location today, I can say with 100% certainty that I would have returned my order and been VERY unhappy. I was frustrated, and confused during the entire loading process Until I was assisted by Rob. Rob just simply did his job and was not mean!! He did his job in under 15 mins and had me out of the store quickly and my tiles out safely. My tiles are perfect and without Rob's help, I would have returned my order and walked out. I am VERY happy and that's 100% because Rob made the loading process 100% perfect.

Found awesome flooring and Morgan was amazing. I called and was freaked out about a clip together flooring we had just bought. He was calm and pretty knowledgeable. He was able to assist with guiding us through some options to better our diy flooring outcomes. He helped us out and calmed us down... the diy process can get pretty stressful. Had a great experience with Morgan over the phone and in store.

When we walked into the Oxnard store, we had already been searching online for weeks for the floors we wanted. To our complete surprise, they had exactly what we wanted, and it was on sale! To top it off, the staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. We were helped by JJ, who took great care of us! Exceptional experience all around. The Oxnard store is very well organized.

*Update*I emailed back and forth with corporate and then James called us again for an 'apology.' James was unable to provide any reasonable explanation for why he sent us an invoice for double the amount we was quoted for by Maeve ($238) for white-glove. He just said that's the cost of transport. I guess transport doubled in a few hours?He couldn't explain why they couldn't invoice us the first time which caused us to be on the phone with the e-commerce line for close to an hour. If he's the best Floor and Decor has, they need to hire better people.*Original Review*Dealing with the Oxnard store has to be one of the worst customer experiences I have had to go through over the past decade. This includes experiences in Asia and Europe which usually don’t have as high customer service standards as the US. We visited the store many times over the space of a few months, had a design consultation, etc. and chose our tiles. We put in the online order as we were too buys to drive to Oxnard (order number 04867580) and spoke to a customer service representative, Maeve (, who told me that putting the tiles into the garage (listed as 1st threshold on their site) would be an extra $238 for white glove service and we would need to contact the main customer service line to pay. We spent an hour on the phone with the main office as Oxnard hadn’t provided them with information on the fee. We then got a nice person as head office, Trey, who spoke to his manager, spoke to Oxnard and confirmed that 1st threshold, did not in fact require an extra fee as the garage was next to the drop-off location. After about 30 minutes, I got a call from the Oxnard branch with a ‘manager’ called James on the line. He was pretty angry and telling me that I had to in fact pay the extra fee, that head office shouldn’t have made that call, etc. Even though they spoke to Oxnard. He then gave us some nonsensical story about how 1st threshold doesn’t mean anything and the only option was white glove and the truck driver wouldn’t do 1st threshold, etc. I say nonsensical because 1st threshold is clearly listed on the website. What was odd was that he was angry at us, even though we had literally tried to pay Floor and Decor three times for this extra fee. James then sent us an invoice for $536, more than double what Maeve told us and that we tried to pay to the head office. If it wasn’t from the customer care email, I would have thought it was a scam email. In fact, given our previous interactions with James, it still seems like a scam email since the amount was not the previously quoted amount and more than double that. I ended up canceling the order and going to Simi Valley Tile and Marble. Friendly customer service and in and out in about 45 minutes and the owner said he would drop the tiles off in our garage for a nominal fee. Floor and Decor lost around a 5k sale because of James’ incompetence and duplicity (check the other poor reviews to see his name coming up multiple times). Don’t do business with Oxnard, you’ll be sorely disappointed.
