I needed a bumper assembly for an older Volvo. Asked me 3 times what i needed and then without hesitation, said they didn't have that, and thanks for calling. I quickly asked if they could find one as stated on the website, "If we don't have it, we will find it." After a pause, he said hold on..then sounded like he was walking around the yard and speaking with someone else...muffled conversations, footsteps in the gravel, and eventually hung up on me. That's the story of what could have been but never was, with 5th St Auto Salvage.

Great place for parts and friendly staff that helps to remove the part you need, regardless if you don't have tools the boss Efrain has loaners to get any part removed. Would like to say thanks and appreciate the rims i worked off to have on my 96'Honda Accord EX. Efrain, family and friendly worker : "Joel"... these guys are honest and try really hard to meet those people's expectation. Big thumbs up and blessings to 5th street salvage! Great place, great parts at and real great price...

Needed to salvage my truck after an accident. Talked to someone on the phone and after we came to a price, he told me he would pick it up on the next day. Tried calling and was ghosted. No updates on the situation. Tried back the day after and nothing. Completely unprofessional. I recommend going anywhere else if you need something. 4 days went by and then after hearing nothing from them about picking up my truck, I went to another place and they got it handled in 24 hours. Terrible service.

Negative 7 I been calling for them to pick up my car!!! That they schedule. I lost 3 workdays just waiting for them. I called for follow up they said wait till 4 pm and nothing. I’m sorry but don’t waist your time

5th Street scheduled, and then ghosted, 2 separate appointments that they personally chose to pick up my vehicle. Gave them the benefit of doubt after the first time for not showing up. Hit up Efrain if you want to waste your time! Worse experience than craigslist, and a total waste of time.
