Just went in for two mall screws and some washers after hearing these guys were the best in getting you the hardware and tools you need when in a pinch and for sure these guys exceeded my expectations! I didn’t catch the guys name that helped me out but he was wearing a yellow beanie and super cool dude! At the end after helping me out I asked how much and he told me they were on them this time just cuz they truly are the best! Now I’m not posting this to tell you if you only need one or two things they’ll throw it in for free I just wanted to make sure these guys and especially the guy that helped me out gets his recognition!

The people at FG Wilcox are absolutely awesome! The service is what you wish all stores and restaurants had. They treat you like a welcomed guest, answer any questions you may have and above all respect and dignity. I don't have to remind anybody that it's missing from most places these days. People have forgotten how to treat each other, it's shameful. But moving on the selection of tools, fasteners and hard to find items is incredible. Their small front office hides the huge warehouse of inventory in the back. If they don't have it in stock, they will special order it for you. Besides tools and fasteners, they have vises, sledgehammer, electrical tools, air tools and battery powered tools for every industry. They have some of the most powerful flashlights I've ever seen and so much more. Go see for yourself and ask for Carol or Sandy and their employees, they all know their stuff and are waiting to help you find what you are looking for. They honestly deserve a 10 star rating!

This distributor of industrial products is a stocking dist and is personal service oriented. Not a big box store where all you are is a sale. At Wilcox they treat you as a valued customer.

10/10 would recommend to anyone. Incredible service. Was headed down to the born free show this weekend when my friend lost some hardware to his brake. The lady and dude, don’t remember their names, helped not only get us back on the road but suggest an alternative with something I hadn’t even thought about. Worked out perfect and will be back when in town. Thank you guys

I needed 7/8 inch nut something hard to find at a big hardware store these days I guess. not here, great selection of nuts and bolts very nice over the phone. The nice young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and we got right to the point of want nut I wanted. Something else big hardware stores seem to be missing... good employees.
