I've been living in oxnard for over a year now. I have been a loyal customer to Dobbs. Every oil change, brakes anything. I'm actually convinced they cause more problems. I went to get my oil changed and I asked them to look at my brakes. They used the impact to get my bolts off. Stripped every single bolt 5 dollars a nug 5x5 25x4 100 and on top of a oil change. I walked out of there over 250 dollars spent on a simple oil change and check brakes. I came in at 9a as a walk in. I didn't leave until 3:40pm. I had a radiator leak they fixed it. He asked about it during the oil change when I got home my radiator started leaking fluid. I have been loyal to this business and to be treated like scum is beyond insulting. I will never come back with my business ever again. Save your time and money. I was Nickle and dimed. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. Every time I came in to get a repair something else broke down. It's not coincidence anymore!!!!

The service men at the Oxnard Dobbs are very sketchy. I've had my chrome lug nuts replaced by non chrome lug nuts, and recently took my trunk in for TPMS repairs. Kept my TPMS sensor reset switch! I'll never go there again.

The manager changed front brakes and rotors. He had me in and out in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Look no further. Very professional and good energy.

Amazing!!! My family and I have been going to Dobbs for years. They are thorough, professional and very reasonably priced. They have found issues, that even my auto dealer hadn't found, but were way cheaper than the dealership. They even try and source parts from multiple suppliers to get you the best price. Honest, fair and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Memo up front is the best, and their mechanics are great. I’ve been going here for years, they are upfront and never over charge they let you know what needs to be replaced or worked on now and what can wait a little definitely recommend stoping by they do it all!

Absolutely great place! They are honest straight forward mechanics they don’t try to overcharge you or pressure you on anything. They will give you a honest fair price and guarantee they will be more affordable than any other place in the city.

Very overpriced. If you’re a woman they will likely try to get away with charging you more for “labor”. Used to be a loyal customer but got another quote from another mechanic who told me I was being overcharged double the price for labor. Watch out.

I went back after a month for them to inspect brakes that they replaced because it sounded like the pads went bad, metal on metal, they looked at it for free, showed me the pads were fine, and explained that there is a hard glaze causing the sounds, they ground down for free and set me back on the road, no charge

Was told by the dealership that I needed new front brakes months despite them telling me the car came with new brakes when I bought it. They quoted me $1,100 just to replace the front pads and rotors. I walked into this shop and was helped by Memo who was so kind and patient! He listened to my needs and priorities and was able to set me up with a good deal which was a little but under half of what the dealership quoted me. Dropped off my car on Saturday at about 8am and received a call just a little bit before 11am that it was ready for pick up. Customer service was awesome and I'm back safely on the road! Highly recommend this place for your auto needs!!!

My wife noticed a rubbing noise when driving her car. I brought my car to DOB"s. The staff was friendly. Determined her front brakes needed replacement. They told me my options and how much it would cost. There was no pressure and did not try to talk me into more expensive options. I would recommend DOB"s to anyone. Friendly staff, fair prices and excellent work
