Leasing a vehicle here was a big regret. Leasing through Westlake Financial, I didn't realize I was getting scammed the entire time. The vehicle was $6500 plus interest, which was around $2000. I put $3000 down. Which leaves to around $5500 bucks left to pay off.
After 9 months, I didn't realize till now that my payments was going towards the vehicle and interest separately but they already added interest on top of the total amount, so basically I am paying double the interest rate! Scammers! The whole thing is around $11,000 when I left the place it was around $8000! And its taking me longer to pay off. I also paid for all the fees and they still hadn't sent me my new tags and registration! They said they would send me it after a month or so from leasing, but now are telling me to get it myself. I knew they were fishy from the start. These Land Rover are great but I'm paying more than I need to for it when they're only worth about $4000! Stay away. They buy broken vehicles to fix and sell. They wouldn't give me the carfax to mines when I asked. Check the vehicle before buying. Check to see you're not being scam. There are better dealerships out there anyways. So stay away from here.

I brought my car into Dieter motors on Sept 11th 2023 and picked it up today which is Dec 7th. Almost 3 months .It has been the most frustrating experience for many reasons. One was due to the RUDE woman named Erica who runs the front office and doesn't seem to know anything and is full of excuses and dances around every question. They admitted that they didn't know how to fix my car yet they were trying to charge me $5300 to get my car back in the original condition that I brought it in. I filed a small claims lawsuit against them and contacted BAR (the Bureau of automotive repair) and reported them. After the investigator, read the report and contacted Dieter motors they were willing to put the original parts back on my car and give it back to me at no charge. I asked twice for a loaner car and the first told me that there was none available the second time I asked, they said I needed to pay 3/4 of my bill in order to talk about a loaner car. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay half of my bill in order for them to continue to work on my car. Clearly they did not know how to fix the car and I was not about to pay for nothing. Today I went to pick up my car. I called AAA to have it towed to the BMW dealership. The owner gladly gave us the keys at no charge and told us he was sorry for any inconvenience that the three months without a car caused me. I took a moment to let the owner know because he's not around much and I quote "you have a dumpster fire and a shit show for a business. Here you know," and he looked at me and put his head down and said "I know". **If that doesn't tell you what kind of business it is, I don't know what does....**If there was an option to give no stars which there's not, I would give them -5 stars but this app makes me give a star that's why there's one.

Let's go with services requested brought the car to Dieter motors in September. Just got it back today December 7 still not fixed failed on that first one quality. Well I guess we can say it's a dumpster fire with a shit show to follow that I mention dumpster fire, and a shit show for days and days and days, just thought I'd emphasize that one that wraps up quality gar garbage value. Well if you like to leave your car somewhere and walk for months and have no compensation and bunch of attitude from incompetent employees. Then it's a great value but if you don't like getting your balls stomped in by a crooked mechanic shop, by the way, there's a third owners, and the quality has bombed as they've gone through owners, and that is not my opinion that's a fact, and if anybody wants to find out more, they easily can, so if I could give it a -3 but since this app is forcing me to at least give it a one, I am only giving it a one because I have to I do not recommend motors to anybody and good luck if you do

Disappointing service on my Mercedes sprinter 1 needed glow plugs 5 in number determined both by my diagnosis and theirs. Repairs started to go bad when they repaired items without authorization. In the middle of glow plug repairs their glow plug tool broke so they sent me home to wait for there now ordered glow plug tool took about 10 days. Tool came in and wanted to charge me a second time on my dime for labour even though breaking the tool was not my fault and thoughts of profiting from there mistake came to mind back in the day this would have been a no no and bad business practice bill came to 1300.00 including double labour and unauthorized work for 5 glow plugs and wont be using them again paying the rent on each customer in my opinion

Bought a car and didn’t even get cleaned by them. Dirtiest car I have ever bought and had to clean it all myself and it’s a new car. Would never recommend buying from them ever again even if you find a great deal. Trust me run away!The car that was bought was a qx60 Infiniti that was in dirty shape inside and out.

Had a part installed that I wanted ordered because the stock part broke. Parts came in, they said it’s scheduled for next Monday, they never called back and kept coming up with excuses on what’s going on or saying it will be worked on. Called every day same thing, no calls back, no updates. Finally get a call, truck has a fuel system code, they try diagnosing it. Ordered a new fuel pump for my truck. Same thing takes forever for them to work on my truck. Long story short they call me finally and say the same codes there. So I go to pick up my truck to take it a a real shop who knows what they are doing. I look at my tuner all the codes were cleared, check engine light comes on after starting my truck, 6 other codes pop up besides the one they were telling me about, truck also went into limp home mode, went to another shop without me knowing, orderd sensors without my knowledge. Moral of the story is they lied to me and now I’m having to pay more to get if fixed the right way. Do not trust them unless you want more problems.

Unfortunately overall experience here wasn't good for me.I don't want to write a long negative review so it's a long story but I will make it short.I wasn't happy with....・Their diagnose were all wrong (YawABS moduleBattery)・It took a long time and they didn't know what's wrong・Very pricy ( Their diagnose was wrong but charged us more than $200. Even though they did NOT find out what was wrong, after my bf found it and solved the problem, they replaced the hose from intake manifold , reset Yaw sensor and charged more than $800) * It was uncomfortable that they charged my radio station.Now my car is back and runs. I appreciate it about that.I just wish they could charge us decent price.It's very difficult to find a good service place, you don't know if it's good or not until you try, and I don't want anyone to have a similar experience to mine so I decided to share my review.

Alex has always been responsive, attentive and thorough! He’s an excellent mechanic. We used to go to the dealer, but now we patronize Dieters exclusively. Wendy and the rest of the team are top notch in service and professionalism. The shop is safe, clean and so convenient (alongside the 101 between Del Norte & Rice). My Porsche Carrera needed new front brakes, the original brakes had lasted about 50k miles and I got the warning on my dashboard saying time to replace them. This was the first time I had used Dieters for a service and thought why not give them a go as I had such a good buying experience with them in the past. I have to say I was delighted with the work that was completed, OEM parts were installed a comprehensive inspection completed and the ease to book an appointment and service was second to none. I was very happy with the transparency and value of the pricing and will definitely be a repeat customer.
