The dealership service department is a very important factor for me when purchasing a vehicle. I take all our vehicles for service, repairs, tires, brakes etc to be done at the dealer. We’ve had 2 Toyotas at DCH and have spent over $13k at the service department over the last 10+ years. A few things that keep me coming back is techs that know Toyotas using quality parts, competitive pricing, and the service staff’s recommendations for repairs have always been with the highest integrity. Never pushing anything!
Can’t recommend DCH Toyota service department enough in fact I’ve told other dealers about the experiences I’ve had at DCH.

I absolutely do not advise anyone to go there! I asked the consultant for a full diagnostic, whether it would include suspension and a hybrid battery, to which he said yes! In the end, they only checked the tire pressure and pads for $210! To my question, why is my Prius running low in the last month became 34mpg instead of 45mpg, the answer was brilliant “that’s how it should be”!in the suspension, I myself know the problems that need to be changed, and their master said that everything is fine there, that most likely this ****** didn’t even look there! workers ********

I recently purchased my first vehicle at Toyota of Oxnard, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Francisco was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Even though I was buying a used car, it was in excellent condition, just as promised. The staff was friendly, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Toyota of Oxnard for anyone looking for a reliable car and great customer service!

They lie and do t honor there word. I was told they would mail me my 2nd key. No response for for 3 months and the manager won’t honor it. Plus it seems like everyone just naturally has a bad attitude. The fact I drove 2 hours away to get the vehicle I was wanting. Love my vehicle service and management sucks

On our trip from Long Beach to Santa Ynez our truck broke down in Camarillo. We had it towed to DCH Toyota in Oxnard. There we were greeted by Daniel Furino with a warm handshake and a smile. He took amazing care of us through the entire process of getting a rental and repairing our truck. Thank you Daniel!

As a single mother of two This has been By far the best experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. Before coming to Toyota of Oxnard I tried to get a better deal with Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo but it seem all they wanted to do is sale! Im really impressed by the integrity of my salesman Paco and Christian Medel and Christian Ayala the 3 of them provided Exceptional customer service from start to finish!
The team went above and beyond to meet our needs.

Jack in service has got to be hands down the best service advisor in California, period. He is 100% honest and will not push service unless it’s critical.
I used to work in the auto industry for over 10 years, although I rarely divulge that information when going into service centers so I can get a better gauge on their honesty, and he did not disappoint.
Not only that, but he treats you like the best friend he hasn’t seen in years, and it feels genuine. He has gone above and beyond for me many times, and makes it seem like it’s nothing. That’s being humble.
YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE IF YOU WORK WITH JACK, I PROMISE.

Flew from Texas to buy a truck from them. Handled all the paperwork online, and Francisco answered any questions I had. Truck was exactly as pictured, it was fueled up, washed, and ready for me. I was on the road home within 30 minutes.

Withholding refund check. I traded my car in at another dealership and canceled my extended warranty I purchased with it at Toyota of Oxnard May 9, 2024. I was told 7-10 business days and a check should be issued. We waited. Waited. Almost a month we call back, they said it was on CNA National Side. We contacted CNA National and they stated it has been canceled and the refunded amount of $1,895 was sent to the dealer and canceled as of May 9, 2024. We are now July 9th , two full months later, still no check. We have called countless times and it's being handled and handled but nothing. Then was told it was because of the whole CDK shutdown issue. Yet that happened June 19th when CDK went down still a whole month and 10 days after our request to cancel was placed and should not have effected it. We provided proof this morning via email that the car was traded, date, and the finance company already has been paid off and is also issuing us a check of $76 for what we overpaid. Yet we keep getting pushed behind at this dealer of our $1,895 check for our refund. Tired of the wait and run around. We have canceled others before with zero issue and checked issues directly to us less than a month. Still waiting.

Jack has helped me rent a car, has treated me like family and taken care of my car and my daughter’s car. Upon return Jack made sure I understood everything, and felt 100% secure before hitting the road. I always feel confident that my car is taken care of by Jack Martz . He always gives his all, above and beyond. That’s one of many reasons I continue to come back to Toyota.
