Please do not waste your time and money with Lexus of Oxnard. We were lied to, our concerns were ignored. We sent an email as well as left messages for upper management and we had no response. I love my SUV, but the trouble we went through with sales rep Gene Giltz and the manager Mike was a nightmare . We will forever warn everyone not to patronize this dealership. We were loyal customers for over 2 years driving over 2 hours to the dealership for our maintenance on a previously purchased vehicle (passing at least 1 other dealership). We went wrong with trusting Gene and the manager Mike. If they'll lie and cheat us, they'll do it to you. Beware

I leased a Lexus RX 350 from this dealership they were offering less money than the payoff amount when other dealerships that are not Lexus were offering more.The private value of the Lexus RX350 f sport is 45k they offered me 37k.When I decided to walk out the door, they offered me 38k.I will never visit this dealership again now they are selling this same Lexus for 49k.

I don't usually take my car to Lexus of Oxnard for service. I was pressed to get an oil change, but with the awful service I got from Lexus of Thousand Oaks I felt like I'd give Oxnard a try. Celeste was my service advisor and she was able to get me in and out in around an hour. The amenities in Oxnard don't compare to Thousand Oaks and Woodland Hills but this is the first time I got an oil change from a Lexus dealership where they topped off my oil correctly. Many times they over fill by 1/4 of a quart.Staff was friendly and they are knowledgable enough to perform an oil change correctly. I can't ask any more from a dealership.

My first time here and I have found my new Lexus home! Donovan was excellent--courteous, professional, and fair. He didn't try to upsell me with unnecessary or premature work, nor did he make any inflated claims that I needed to replace or service anything that was not truly in need of service. It was refreshing to be treated with respect.Donovan made reasonable recommendations and helped prioritize issues.The service was excellent, car was returned at time promised--and much cleaner than when I dropped it off--no issues with loaner (it does have to be requested at time of booking appt), and generally all around the quality experience expected of a Lexus dealer but not always found.Donovan and Lexus of Oxnard have earned my return business and I'll be back for next service. I've already shared my experience with neighbors who are also Lexus aficionados.

This place is awesome. I was in the market for an RX350H. It was a model that is in very high demand. People go on waiting lists for months to get their car. All dealerships seem to have a very limited stock(in transit) to no supply. If they did, it was already spoken for. On my first trip to the dealership, I met with Marylou. They did not have an RX350H in stock. She asked me what specs I wanted in the car. When we parted, she promised that she will be in touch before the weekend and will find me my car. Three days later, on a Thursday night, she gave me a call and she said that she found my car. Not sure how she did it but she did what she promised to do. Long story short, we went ahead with the deal. She made the arrangements with the finance folks to call me and to have the car delivered to my home. It was the exterior and interior color that I wanted. Unfortunately, when we were doing a walk-around of the car, we found some paint blemishes on the rear plastic applique and chips in the front and rear bumper. They were incurred during the delivery. There was also a scratch on the rear trunk cover which I pointed out. Elias, who delivered the car stated that he will arrange for someone in the service dept. to reach-out to me the following week to straighten everything out. True enough, Sammy in service reached-out to me and we arranged a day to bring it in. I brought it in. I left the car and was given the same car as my loaner. Donovan, the service consultant, was very professional and made it painless when writing-up the order. Since they had the car, I also ordered a dash cam to be installed. Donovan gave me timely status on how the work was going. On the day of pick-up, Donovan met me when I drove up. Immediately directed me to my car and pointed out all the work that was done. Paint blemishes and chips were remediated, the rear trunk cover replaced and gave me a quick run down of the functions of the dash cam. Long story short, from start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone followed through with everything they said they will do during the sale and especially, after the sale. First Rate and Highly Recommended.

Jennifer, Mary Lou and Carlos delivered flawless customer service and an absolutely perfect 2014 ES300h. Highly recommend. I flew down from Vegas to do business with them. My local Lexus dealerships could take lessons from Lexus of Oxnard!!

We bought a used Toyota from this dealership about two weeks ago. My husband traveled two hours there to pick it up. We had ran all the numbers and everything ahead of time to make it an easy, quick process. He gets there and none of the paperwork is ready. Once it's ready he starts filling it out and gets to the warranty. The guy doing the paperwork with him says that he will make sure our payment isn't due until November if we get the warranty. Guess what? Our payment is due in two weeks. He lied. When my husband called he said "well you can call and ask them to skip the payment". Uh.... No. We will not be doing that. Two days ago we were at the gas station and suddenly the car won't start. We get it home after jumping it and have to have it towed to a Toyota dealer in town. We find out that the battery is bad and have to pay $250 for a new one. I'm just frustrated with all of this. We didn't have the money to buy a new battery but really had no choice. I felt like we were lied to and screwed over.

If you need a car, Calvin is the guy to go to. I am so impressed with the service he provides. Not pushy at all. Very informative and if he doesn't have the answer at the moment, he knows to refer to his manager Mike. They both understand what we're looking for. They're inventory is fantastic as well. I give them 10 stars if I could.

Was interested in a used car here.Called first to make sure it was there, was told it was available. Drove two hours to get there and was told it was not available. It was my fault for not calling to confirm my appointment. Understand the car is in the body shop.

Very unhappy with my purchase Bought a used Chevy truck With bad brakes that failed Had to replace unsafe Ashtray was completely full of cigarettes And cobwebs everywhere in the truck must've been sitting for a while I would expect more from a dealership Very unhappy
