I will never go to any other Lexus dealership besides this one. My salesperson, Jessica, has been outstanding in assisting me with both purchasing and repairs. I value her so much that when she moved to a different Lexus dealership—over an hour's drive away—I followed her just to purchase my car from her.
What makes her exceptional is her attention and readiness with answers. Recently, one of my tires was low on air due to a nail. I took my car to the nearest dealership, Lexus Glendale, where they told me I didn’t have a warranty and that it would cost $468 to replace the tire. I reached out to Jessica for advice, and she promptly confirmed that I do have a tire warranty valid at any Lexus dealership, even providing a copy of it. However, Glendale refused to honor it and insisted I go to Oxnard to use the warranty. Caught between two dealerships, I wasn’t sure what to do. Jessica stepped in and offered to speak directly with Glendale, and thanks to her, I was able to use the warranty there.
Even though I purchased my car 1.5 years ago, Jessica continues to take care of me and is always there when I need her. Andrea, the finance specialist, has also been incredibly helpful, both during the purchase and in this repair situation. She ensures I fully understand everything I’m signing and patiently explains everything until I have no more questions. In fact, she was right next to Jessica when we were on the phone, making sure the situation was handled.
Mary-Lou was also very caring and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about them here, but I’m grateful to have such dedicated professionals at my dealership. They will exceed your expectations when you visit them.

BEWARE of the con artist, treacherous, swindling, deceitful assistant service manager, Raymond Martin. I had a tire blowout on 7/12/24. My vehicle was towed to the dealership. I have new tires purchased at Oxnard Lexus, under warranty. At the start, Raymond said that there would be no costs associated with a new tire replacement, assuring me that the required tire was in stock and I would get my car back the same day. Later that afternoon he calls to say that the mechanic had sudden departure, causing the return time to extend to roughly 10 a.m. the next day. Following a lack of updates, I made an inquiry around 12 noon, Raymond said he would call back in 30 min. Which he didn't. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called again, only to be informed that he was busy and would return my call soon. Third call I was kept on hold for 23 minutes before Raymond responded without offering any apologies, announcing an unexpected charge of $412.06 for replacing the FRONT driver wheel sensor. He told me there was an issue but, had it fixed. He DID NOT call to tell me or ask if I wanted it fixed and the cost of the service. He just took upon himself to fix the so called issue and charge me with OUT telling me ahead time. It was puzzling as the blown tire belonged to the REAR passenger side, and the sensors indicated no damage according to the Lexus app. A subsequent inspection after tire blowout, revealed no issues, with the sensors functioning correctly upon parking. To make matters worse upon my arrival at the dealership, Raymond brought up an alleged engine oil leak, claiming to have rectified the supposed issue. As the owner of a well-maintained 2021 Lexus IS 350 Sport, I was surprised by the unanticipated service fee and lack of prior notification. Raymond's arbitrary suggestion to revisit him specifically at 57,213 miles was suspicious. Raymond's shady tactics have left me feeling uneasy and distrustful.I opted for alternative assistance outside of this dealership. In retrospect, I should have insisted on conversing with his superior to discuss the unapproved service charges, culminating in my decision to have my car assessed by a different Lexus branch and an independent mechanic for a more comprehensive evaluation. It was clear that there are absolutely no problems with the engine or the vehicle as a whole. My car runs smoothly, issue free. However, aside from Raymond's questionable unprofessional conduct, he was patronizing, arrogant, and it is evident that he is focused solely on pressuring and lying to customers to secure his commissions. In past service visits Raymond has persistently bombarded me with emails and text messages, urging me to leave positive reviews. Eventually, I chose to unsubscribe from these notifications, which I believe he noticed. This likely contributed to his rude behavior after I left my vehicle, as he seemed determined to ensure he profited from me. It is apparent that he is achieving high sales figures, but I have no doubt that karma will eventually catch up with him. The way he conducts himself not only reflects poorly on his character but also raises questions about the integrity of his sales practices. In the long run, such unethical behavior is unlikely to be sustainable, and I hope that others will be cautious when dealing with him in the future. Raymond your karma will catch up to you. You will pay back triple where it hurts you the most for every customer you ripped off! Customer service if you chose to respond to my review, most likely you will craft a cover up for Raymond. Readers, please save your time and money. DO NOT DEAL WITH RAYMOND MARTIN!

I would like to recognize Vanessa from the Service Department. I needed a quick and accurate estimate for a windshield repair. I gave her my VIN # and email address over the phone and within 30 minutes I had the information I needed. The price for the parts and work was also the lowest estimate out of 4 Lexus dealers in Southern California and was very fair. I did not have this good of an experience with a few other Lexus dealers in the area, thanks Vanessa!

I had my Es 350 in for service March 25, 2024. I was notified the price was $1,922.31 and gave my credit card information over the phone. When I checked my credit card, Lexus of Oxnard had charged me $1,979.79. They did this without getting back to me to tell me they were increasing the price and charging my card a number I had not approved. The additional $57.48 was explained as a charge for my use of a credit card. I've gone to Lexus dealerships for over 15 years, always using a credit card. Lexus didn't lose money on any of those transactions, and they didn't pass their Merchant Fee on to me. It is and always has been part of their cost of doing business. This was just a transparent excuse to increase profit at the expense of the customer.
I took our second car in for an oil change July 25, 2024. I showed up on time for an 8:30am appointment. It should have taken an hour to perhaps and hour and a half. The "service" was a complete failure in every respect. 3 hours in, I had great difficulty getting anyone to even notice that I was being ignored. Two fellows conducting a non-work related conversation couldn't be bothered to acknowledge my presence, the fellow who was supposed to handle my paperwork didn't seem to know l existed, and the one fellow who said he would look into what was happening with my car wandered off and then back--apparently having forgotten about what he was going to do entirely.
It's clear Lexus of Oxnard has no respect for its customers. It's about how to get money from your pocket into theirs. This makes all work with them suspect. How do you trust a recommendation that you get this or that work done when you know the emphasis is entirely on their bottom line? How do you plan a day when the length of the service is determined not by the service but the general disinterest of the employees?
UPDATE TO THE REVIEW ABOVE: This is an update with additional information.
The first time we opened the glove compartment following the minor service addressed above, it jammed and would not close. I took it to another dealer, who fixed the problem. When you change the oil, Lexus recommends replacing the cabin filter. When you replace the cabin filter, you take out the glove compartment and remove a panel. Then you snap it back into place. Lexus of Oxnard didn't bother to put the panel back in properly, so we were stuck with a glove compartment that couldn't be closed.
To sum up: It took over 3 hours for a minor service, and I had to have Lexus of Oxnard's work corrected by another business.

My husband and I recently purchased our new GX 550 here. It was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! We were lucky enough to work with Ray through the process. He was helpful, personable and knowledgeable.
It was evident that he truly wanted what was best for us and made the deal work. Andrea helped us out with the final paperwork and she made it such a fun experience! When it’s time for another car in the future, we will be back. Thank you Lexus of Oxnard!

We recently purchased a used 2015 Lexus GX from Oxnard Lexus, and it was by far the best experience we've ever had at a dealership. My husband and I are from San Jose and have been eyeing the Lexus GX for quite some time. However, none of the dealerships in San Jose provided the same exceptional customer service that we received from the employees at Oxnard Lexus.
Mike, Joe, Alex, and Albert made the car buying process incredibly easy and enjoyable. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. We will be recommending Oxnard Lexus to all our friends and family, even if it means taking a plane out to Oxnard—it's worth it for the outstanding service they provide!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT MORONS.
I purchased a car from these idiots on 4/16/24. I came back that day and realized that the dealer salesman had mounted the incorrect plates and placed the wrong registration of another individual and car inside my dashboard. I emailed and called them the next day to have the issue resolved. Fortunately, they realized their mistake and had the proper temporary plates and registration delivered to me the following business day.
As if that is not enough, I have still not received my registration and permanent plates yet from the DMV. On 5/16/24 (exactly 1 month) from the date of purchase of the vehicle, i got a call from one of the staff members named Phuong Pham. Turns out, the dealer did not take proper documentation/pictures of the emission label, VIN number and everything else needed to submit to the DMV. Guess what? These morons asked me to send them everything which I DID. I was told then that they had submitted everything to the DMV on 5/22/24 and that it should take 2-3 weeks to receive my permanent plates. STILL NOTHING!
I have bought over 4 cars in the last 2 years and never once had to deal with such incompetent losers in which the customer has to chase them around and do their work for them. I will wait another 2 weeks patiently and pursue legal action if necessary to rectify this matter.

So long drive but Elias in online sales was AMAZING and so patient and helpful compared to another Lexus which I had to keep asking them to find what I wanted. Carlos helped us with the final paperwork and was also very kind and quick. Fantastic team as busy as it was (went sat afternoon) but I’ll def come back here for another Lexus. Mike is the GM and wanted to help also. Got the car I wanted and the only downfall was the traffic but it’s LA and like I said before, I’ll come back here for another car.
