I recently bought a new car from DCH Honda in Oxnard. It was the first new car I've ever bought. I originally came in looking at a used 2022 Honda civic. Our salesman Stephen was very helpful. He was not a pushy car salesman at all, and listened and understood what I was looking for; and how he could help me. I was going through the process of the used car, when another customer was going to buy it. Inevitably I was upset and bummed. The manager Doug came by and helped me out with a brand new(4 miles) Honda civic sport.With financing it was cheaper for me to get a new car than a used car. I was shocked by this and very happy with their customer service and willingness to help.Overall I traded in my truck of 12 years for a new safer car. I can't be more happy.I purchased a package for free oil changes for the life of my cars ownership, free battery replacement, and a 100k mile warranty.I am very happy with my choice and decision to get a new Civic sport. Thank you to the whole team; Stephan, Doug, and Eric on the financing side.

Recently, I had the pleasure of purchasing a car at DCH Honda of Oxnard, and I must say my experience was excellent. Nathan was my salesman, and I couldn't be happier with his service. He's a great man, very polite, and didn't rush or push me into making a decision. Nathan was refreshingly straightforward, a quality not always found in other salespeople.The entire staff at DCH Honda of Oxnard was helpful and made my car-buying process smooth. Unlike some other dealerships, there were no smart remarks or high-pressure tactics. Overall, my experience was highly satisfying, and I would recommend DCH Honda of Oxnard, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Nathan. Thanks to the entire team for a positive buying experience!

Will never be buying from Honda in Oxnard ever again. I was sold a $60thousand dollar car with problems and called sales manager I was supposedly going to get a call back from them never happened. What guarantees that the car you’re taking home is not defected. as soon as I took it off the lot, the car had issues and I took it and all they did was erase the code bring it back home and it’s a hazard I was locked inside. My car windows wouldn’t go down. Car wouldn’t open, nor from outside or inside. This is ridiculous and the dealership just acts like if this is not a hazard just tells me to wait for my car to get fixed. They’re going to repair the part that’s not working. To top it off it wouldn’t even reverse nor drive. they want me to keep a car that I was locked inside with no windows open for half an hour. do not purchase a Honda pilot. The customer service for sales is the worst. The only good customer service they have is in service which they were very nice.

Outstanding! It's easy to be wonderful when everything's going correct, but it's a far greater challenge to your commitment to excellent service when things go amiss. I was very happy with my recent experience. The service technician, Erin, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Originally I had brought the car in for an oil change but she said that I did not need one since the last change I had in March would last for a year. It was nice to deal with someone who was so honest. There were a few other things that needed to be changed out in the car and those were quickly done. So it was definitely worth taking the car in even though the work that I had scheduled was not necessary. Erin also came out and reset my dashboard display before I left, which was very helpful.

During my recent visit to this dealership, I had a very unsatisfactory experience that I would not recommend. I encountered some challenges with the financing process, which made matters worse. Gabriel, the finance representative, provided me with an interest rate that was significantly higher than what I was previously offered. To be precise, Gabriel initially presented me with a 15.9% interest rate, despite my approval for a 13.9% rate only minutes before. This came as a surprise to me, and I was very disappointed. Upon contacting the finance company, I was informed that I qualified for an 11.9% rate, which was much lower. I approached the dealership to match this rate, but they declined.Furthermore, I felt disrespected when Gabriel made assumptions about my knowledge just because of my ethnicity. He also stated that he did not feel safe having my family and me close to him, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A couple of days later, the salesman contacted me to inform me that the car had already been sold to someone else. However, when I checked online, the car was still available for purchase by the public. This was a clear sign of deception and dishonesty, which made my experience even more frustrating.

Cynthia was so amazing, she made me feel like we were buddies just looking at cars and trying to figure out what we were gonna do. Her service is amazing and will go out of her way to get what she can for her customers and I have never felt so well taken care of before at any other dealership!

If you're looking to buy a car...new, used, doesn't matter! Just GO see Daniel Ybanez at DCH Honda in Oxnard. You WILL NOT be disappointed! Start to finish, he gave me incredible support with professionalism and experience shining through. In addition, he was HONEST (yes! An HONEST car salesman!) and never rushed the process. He went above and beyond to meet my specific needs, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome (a car i really love) or more grateful that I was able to work with him to get it all done very quickly and painlessly. He will make you glad you brought your business his way.

I had a disappointing experience with Honda DCH of Oxnard's customer service. When I called, I was eager to discuss my specific vehicle needs and compare deals from different dealerships. Unfortunately, the female employee I spoke with seemed more interested in getting me to come in person, despite my hesitation to make the drive if it wasn't worthwhile.I even shared the price and offer details I had from a Santa Barbara dealership, hoping for a competitive response, but her reply was a simple "no thank you." This lack of engagement and unwillingness to work with me left me with a sense of poor customer service. It's disappointing when a dealership doesn't show a willingness to accommodate a potential customer's needs or preferences.

Requested a certified vehicle for test drive and hopefully purchase.We get to the car and the battery was DEAD. The young man was fumbling to charge the battery so another man came out to help and instruct him on how it works. As soon as the car was running the dash slowly started lighting up at which I was assured it was only resetting...As the drive continued a MULTITUDE of lights came on screaming alerts then the tire and break system started alerting so I made the executive decision to drive back after 2 blocks due to the SAFETY concern, the novice salesman didn't see an issue with driving as all of these warnings were alerting and told me I could continue if I didn't mind "the noise"***Turns out a piece was MISSING from this CERTIFIED vehicles battery which is what their mechanic had concluded and conveyed to me.... AND we were out driving it.Train your beginner salesman on product, safety and awareness.Happy to be one more customer to express their dissatisfaction with overall service at this location.

Martin provided us with amazing service when we brought our Accord in for its 30,000 mile service. Martin was personable and excellent at communicating with us! The maintenance that was done in our car was done right the first, which has not always been the case at other places.We have been Honda owners for over 30 years and this was by far the best Honda service center we have been to!

We set an appointment to view a vehicle. We were told by the online coordinator we would be contacted in advance should it sell before we got there, as we were traveling almost 3 hours to view it. We received a call 9/2 reminding us of our appointment, and an email with the same message. Upon arrival, we were told the car sold 9/1. The salesman told us they had tried to contact us via phone and text message (we had no missed calls or texts). We won’t be back.

Arrived and parked right outside the service center. A technician immediately greeted me and took care of my vehicle. As I met with the service advisor. Within 2 minutes I was processed. The wait wasn’t too bad (about an hour and a half) once my car was ready, I was called up, shown my car inspection and gone over what was recommended and was sent on my way. To summarize, it was easy and fast.
