My wife and I went to look for a car and we thought that the Honda dealer was a good option since we did not have money to make a downpayment and what was the surprise that Honda did not help us, they were only more interested in the $$$ than in helping us again and again. again they asked for 10 thousand and even 4 thousand dollars for the down-payment and their response was sorry without down-payment we can't help them I wanted to give my car trade in they gave me very little and we went to Nissan and explained to them that we didn't have it for him down-payment and his response was "Of course we can give you a new car without down-payment, we are here to help you" and I am not advertising to you, it was the 2nd time that I went to Honda and the same song

Salesperson not honoring a quote i received in an email from a competing dealership. Next time be honest and not waste my time. Just state DCH management can't match your offer. Don't use the excuse that you need a signed contract.

The only complaint I have is that the computer kept freezing, causing frustrating delay in processing my work order. You need to upgrade your IT!!!!!

Stephan was the man!! He helped more than any salesman I have ever worked with. He truly listened to what I was looking for and took the time he showed he cared. Even the smallest requests did not go unnoticed. Stephan is a great asset to this company and I strongly encourage anyone that needs a new car to head his way.
