The environment was clean and tidy, and the sales were nice. The sales person who helped me was Reuben, who patiently told me about the knowledge of cars and took me for a test drive. He was very grateful. Another beautiful woman in the financial department also spent a lot of time patiently explaining to me the things on the contract, clearly marking the price and being open and transparent. I like this shop very much, even it took me 3 hours to get to the here, but I am still very happy to get my favorite car

We dread going to buy a car. But we could not possibly have had a better experience than we did yesterday at Audi Oxnard. Our salesman, Manny Roa, went above and beyond on every dimension of service and we would recommend him to anyone. As far as my wife and I are concerned, these people are the best.

Today I went in with my wife to test drive an Audi Q5 as my wife is looking for a replacement for her current SUV. This has been the worst experience we have encountered when shopping for a new SUV. Rueben the sales rep that greeted us was absolutely rude. We were up front with him indicating that we were looking for a replacement and had 3 types of SUV's in mind that we wanted to test drive to help us determine what was best for us and was not prepared to buy today. We told him our priorities were drivability/comfort and costs. He asked us when we planned on purchasing, where we indicated within a month or less. From that point it went all down hill. It appeared he was no longer interested. We did go for a test drive where my wife enjoyed the drivability and comfort. She also liked the infotainment system which she had indicated did not appear too complex like other SUV's we test drove. Upon our return we went into the office where I asked for the clean cost of the vehicle, lease alternatives/rebates, other incentives and the residual costs if leased. He told me since I was not buying today that it would not be of value since pricing can change. I told him I understand that I just needed to understand a rough price point. It really appeared that he was not interested in making a future sale, he wanted to make the sale NOW. He asked me what my monthly budget was, and I indicated what I was looking for was the purchase cost of the SUV with incentives, and the monthly was not a concern at this point whether a lease or outright purchase. That can come later. He retorted so you're willing to pay $1K to $2K a month. What kind of comment is that! When we indicated we were not buying today he started wining about that he even took us on a test drive and spent time with us etc. Isn't that what their supposed to do. How is a customer to determine if they like the vehicle without going through their due diligence. My wife commented to him what we look for is Drivability/Comfort, Price Point, and Customer Service. We are heavy on customer service because we believe that how you interact with people whether its sales, or repair services is what determines standards within the dealership or any other company. The sales representative is the first line of customer service that represents the dealership. Unfortunately, Rueben did a very poor job and did not represent his dealership well. I'm an older person therefore have been through the purchasing of vehicles many times. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. He was essentially pressuring us to buy today and was rude in doing so. Would you ever think that a customer would receive snide remarks from a sales rep. I must tell you of the 3 SUV's we have tested my wife enjoyed the Audi Q5 the most. We will probably buy an Audi Q5 to replace her SUV, but not from Audi of Oxnard due poor customer service.

Salesperson Tyler was not pushy and answered all our questions. We felt comfortable talking with him. We had a little miscommunication/hiccup regarding the dealer installed accessories (I just didn't understand this was a thing that happens), but the next day they adjusted contract the best they could. The finance department (Heather) was helpful and made things smooth and efficient. All in all in was a great experience working with this dealership purchasing a used Hyundai Tucson on their lot. Very high quality service. If I'm ever in the market for an Audi I will definitely be coming back to this fine establishment.

Today, I had my first oil change for my Q7, and it was a wonderful experience. Bill was incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to assist me. His professionalism and helpfulness made the process smooth and enjoyable.

I was driving my sisters car when the tire pressure light came on. She leased the car here, and I came after 5, not realizing that they were closed and the Service manager was so gracious and filled up all of her tires. Thank you so much!

This is my second time second time purchasing a vehicle with Audi of Oxnard, & both times have been excellent. Ryan was so easy to talk to and made this process smooth from start to finish. Told him what I wanted and what I didn’t want & he made it happen. Ruben was also so great, he assisted me both times I been there to buy something. I am so happy with my car, thank you everyone who helped.

Bill was helping me with my vehicle service and he was very friendly and on top of his task.
If you’re purchasing a vehicle here, One thing about this place is they don’t have enough loaners for the customers. I actually had to pay $50 out of my pocket to rent a car because they did not have a loaner.
I usually go to Audi in the Westlake, and they always have loaners or they pay for the third-party rental. For the reason I recommend going to Westlake if you’re looking for Audi.

Bait and switch. I went there thinking that car I am interested in is available as advertised. Nope. Accessories were added on to inflate the price, but not advertised. This seems to serve as another negotiating trick. I would go to other dealers who are clear on their pricing and don’t play games. I would highly recommend that you call them ask to confirm their advertised prices. And then determine if you like to do business with them. This happened not just with me but also with another customer who was there at the same time with me. I hope that this review leads them to change their practices and don’t hide a significant up charge in some finely printed disclaimer.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!! If there was no stars I would put that. They sold me a recked car. I got my car appraised to sell and was shown a ton of damages which none of it is stated on carfax. I was told when buying the car there was no damage at all. They either knew there was damage or didn’t inspect it at all. On the carfax there’s a “minor” accident stated on the back but Audi told me it was just a minor dent that was fixed. My appraiser showed me a bunch of frame damage and the whole left side of the car has been in a wreck. The damage was so bad they wouldn’t even offer me anything…. I also payed $3,000 for extended warranty and I took my car in to get something fixed and AUDI told me they can’t fix it because of damage. They scammed me out of $37,000. I’ve left numerous calls and voicemails and no one gets back to me at all. I dealt with Mari and Heather from financial. Left them both numerous voicemails and not one call in return. I’ll call and ask for any managers and suddenly there’s no managers in or there’s none available. Please keep this in mind when buying a car from here, there all a bunch of liars and won’t help you at all. It’s just crazy to me that the Audi I took it to by my house told me this car should have never been for sale and they either new it was damaged or never inspected it. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!
