Everytime I shop at Cycle Gear the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. It truly is nice to go to a place that's clean. neat and friendly. Such a welcoming difference from the mass commercial self checkout and money hungry companies not service oriented.

Great friendly service swapping new rubber on my wheels. Excellent communication and selection. A bit short staffed so it took a couple days to get my wheel back with the tire I ordered but the people here are top notch.
