Ever been locked inside a store because some suspected shoplifters have also entered? Well, if you haven't and you'd like to then don't miss the opportunity to be locked inside by the employees along with the potential armed robbers. Not for those who have PTSD or those that may be feint of heart. Apparently this stores employees are trained and or certified in the apprehension of criminals and maintaining the safety of the community by only allowing harm and danger to come to those inside the store at the time. Sacrifice the few for the many. And if this does not occur and you still feel the need to feel the rush of being a part of a potential crime scene then carry multiple products in your hands at one time and ask to see the cologne and perfume testers inside the cabinets. If they tell you there are no testers to smell be careful because when you ask why the open bottles say tester on them be prepared to get sprayed with one of them because you will not be allowed to hold the bottle and smell for yourself. One of Oxnard's few remaining drugstores that has not closed due to rampant shoplifting. Must be the on staff vigilantes. Shop with caution, shop with adventure, shop on the edge or don't shop at all! Oh and they take pictures of your vehicle as you leave the store so they can remember those they falsely imprison or rough up like hoodlums from the street even if you pay for your things when all is said and done.

I feel very comfortable buying and picking up all my medications and prescriptions at CVS pharmacy. It seems to me that they have always every single thing that I look for.

I am trying to get my sons prescriptions that he needs in order to go to school or function on a daily basis and they are making it extremely hard. The lady won’t even let me talk and then says thank you and hangs up. Terrible service and they generally do not care about you or your children.

My son was seen at the urgent care and ended up having Covid, pink eye and an ear infection. I got a notification that the amoxicillin was delayed, which is what I needed most, so I called to see if they had it in stock. The person who answered was extremely rude and when I was explaining to her what was going on she kept cutting me off and telling me I needed to stop talking and listen to her. She was yelling at me to stop talking and listen to what she was saying. Extremely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and uncaring.

Don't bother making an appt for a Covid vaccine, because you'll wait an hour while they queue up people in a line. Honestly, what good is an appt if you don't honor them?

This is for pharmacy, bad attitude. If you don’t go up and ask for help they won’t even come to help you even though they clearly see you in the line waiting, half the people working also knows absolutely nothing and when you ask them they stare at you and roll their eyes at you when you ask if they provide that vaccine which they should. People in the front know nothing and the people in the back don’t try to help look for it other than say “whatever”.

This CVS pharmacy on Ventura Rd has the best pharmacy manager Paul Kang. The pharmacy staff are all professional and nice people. I transferred my prescriptions from the CVS pharmacy on Oxnard Bl to this CVS pharmacy. This CVS pharmacy is a million times better in every way than the CVS pharmacy on Oxnard Bl. The pharmacy manager on Oxnard Bl, Derek Sampey is the worst pharmacy manager. He has the worst pharmacy technician Cindy. Derek is psycho Cindy's lapdog. Thank you Paul Kang for being a real pharmacy manager. You're so nice and professional. You have a great staff.

Line gets pretty long and it’s rare they ever have more than one person ringing up but other than that that this is my go to store!

My family and I have always had great experience at this location. All the pharmacy personnel has always been very professional. Lines are better before most people get out of work. You can get nice prints though the app and just pick them up later. I will continue to use their services!
