I was (Sim card password required) locked out of my phone today of my own wrong doing and then tried 3 times to get assistance through customer service to unlock it with no luck and was required to go to a local store with my ID to identify myself and the issue would be fixed by the store directly after proving my identity. Well when I got to the store I used to go to the make my payments years prior to covid after which my health wouldnt allow me to go out doors anymore so after my last inshore visit there I set up auto pay to be taken out monthly with my debit card. So even though its not in Ventura where I live but the next city over which is a furture drive but where I always felt comfortable and had great customer service, I drove the distance. After getting there I explained my story and was told they would nt be able to assist to unlock my phone at the store as I had been advised and only customer service had the ability to do such an interqit unlocking especially since I didnt know any of the details for him to even get into or view my account through the computer system. But instead of turning me away he got on the office landline and contacted customer service directly and after getting a live agent he was curtious in demeanor and got straight to the point by saying he has a customer in store and he is the store rep requesting to speak with a supervisor, the agent politely said he would get a supervisor on the line (after a brief silence with us thinking we were on hold) it became obvious that the call was termed (which me who had been a call center supervisor for 15 years in call center terms means hung up on). So he still didnt let his amazment with being hung up on turn me away. He sat and brain stormed a few things with another co-worker but still no progress. So he called customer service back and explained the story for a second time but this time I kind of butted in from the back ground and got a little deeper into the fact that he was hung up on, I was sent and told by 2 of there reps to just go to a store with proper ID to prove my identity and walla everything would be fixed from the store. But if I cant remember and of the personal account passwords, secret question answer then there if no way for any store to even view my account. So then finally we had an agent that was listening and understood, the store rep said shes standing in front of me i have her ID and I even have her auto pay credit card but im in need of an 8 digit code can you please give it to me to unlock her phone for her. The customer service rep immediatly gave the store rep the numbers he needed, the store rep then asked him if he would please hold till he made a test call to make sure it worked. He placed a call and he said yes its working now. Then I relieved the store rep of all the fustration and told the customer service rep since I had him on the phone could he now set me up with a new code to access my account when I call in and a new security question that i would know and remember. Took about another 15 minutes and it was all fixed. I have to say I have never met anyone who gave me that much time, knowing he couldnt do anything for me if he couldnt even view my account, anyone else would have turned me away referring me back to customer service (who was pulling my leg the whole time and knew the store didnt have the ability to correct my problem without access into my account) but who went more then an extra mile and even after getting hung up on still didnt give up on me. Im greatful for him XX3 (he is the reason why im writting this) and to the customer service rep who finally listened "clearly" and gave 8 simple numbers that 4 other people couldnt do and had me come out of my home jeopardizing my health cuz they were to lazy to listen clearly or just wanted to shake the responsibility off on a store. Cricket call centers need to hire more reps like the last one we dealt with tonight. But after all that I didnt get either of there names and I could have slapped myself for that. I was treated very poorly at another cricket location in Port Hueneme. I literally wanted to cry but I came to this location and Nancy was very helpful and did what she could because another location basically made me cancel my line and get another phone from another company for nothing. Thank you Nancy for your help and for being so kind you deserve a raise❤️

I just spent $265.00 on a new phone and bought a phone case to go with it got to work and Realized that the little kick stand had came off i couldn't leave work to take it back so i went back the next day with the Receipt and the lady said they dont do exchange's i don't think that its right that i spent money on somthing that was broke and they wont even exchange its not like i was asking for my money back so i dont think i will be going back there
