Took in my Apple Watch to have the screen fixed very quick repair I dropped it off Sunday part was ordered on Wednesday and I was contacted to come pick it up on Thursday staff is very friendly and knowledgeable

The staff were very helpful and the prices were awesome. My phone's screen protector started coming up and cricket tried to charge $30 to get a replacement because it didn't start coming up within 7 days. Ridiculous. Decided to try this place and they offered to replace it for half the price. It was put on excellently with no bubbles and the employee put it on in less than a minute.

Got my iPhone 14 pro max back screen replaced didn't even last a week & it's already cracked. The price is cheap so that justifies the quality of the material. If your looking for something to last go somewhere else.

After calling around to get a quote on changing out the battery on my stupid phone which had a "non-removeable" battery, I looked at the reviews. This was 1 of 2 shops that had "real" reviews. After what occurred, I now wonder if any of those reviews are "real". Dropped off the phone and was told to come back in an hour and it would be done. I gave the guy more time than that. Upon return, he informed me that the battery wasn't turning on or working or something to that effect. Said he would need more time with it and we agreed that I'd leave it overnight. Normally, I wouldn't have cared, however I was experiencing some major tooth pain and needed it to find a dentist asap. So, this was a great inconvenience and not what I truly wished to do. When I asked for his name, he gave it, but cut it off saying he'd be there the following day - it's something that starts with R. I had bought the battery on-line, so was worried maybe they hadn't sent the correct one and we briefly discussed him being able to get a battery for it. He specifically asked if he should order a battery ($20) if it turned out that my battery was bad. I told him no. The next morning, my mouth in dire need of a dentist, I returned. R wasn't there - his manager, Mauri, was. He began by saying that he was still waiting for the screen to come in so they could repair the phone. I had no idea what he was talking about. In short, R had some how gotten the liquid adhesive under the inside of the screen and thus it had to be replaced (ironic since the screen was in nearly perfect condition). According to Mauri, there hadn't been any problem with the battery and what I had been told by R was news to him!! What should have been a one hour job took 24x longer and prevented me from getting to a dentist by 1.5 days. Mauri had the phone ready several hours later and informed me that he'd also changed out the top siding for some unnecessary reason (no charge). When he rang me up, he actually had the cajones to remind me, as if he were doing me a great favor, that he wasn't charging me for the screen or siding! Hey dude - you guys screwed up and with the blatant lies and deceit I was given, you should have just comped it. Duh. In addition, when he said the warranty was 90 days even tho the receipt stated 30, and I asked him to write that on the receipt, he didn't seem too happy to do so. And my new screen doesn't seem to like the number 4. Dear R. I don't care that you screwed up on my phone. Had you told me the truth, I would have reacted the same way as I did to your lie. But to lie to me (and then try to extract the $20 from me to cover your butt and the cost of a new screen under the guise of it being for the battery) IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. I have zero tolerance for liars and deceivers. The bad karma will come for you. Suerte!

I walked in on a Sunday with a shattered screen on my Samsung phone (thanks to a 4 year old told to PUT THAT DOWN!) Two hours later it was repaired. Quick courteous service. Thank you!

By boyfriend took my labtop in for a cracked screen. I waited a week because the screen had to be ordered the first screen was ordered wrong !I get it back & the entire key board don’t work !!My labtop is used for work purposes so he immediately took it back but it’s not apriority to them. We’ve called server times saying “they’re busy” they’ll call us when they get to it.Unprofessional like we are bugging them. The key board not working should have been priority since it happened and their possession.Still waiting on my labtop ….
