Cosmoprof associates are extremely helpful to everyone. Especially us stylists in a rush, on our way to work. They're happy to answer questions on the phone. The store is organized and clean. They greet you with a cheerful smile. I'm thankful they are in Oxnard!

Alyssa is so rude I avoid going to this cosmoprof just because of her. She tried to take my things out of bags because they were short on bags, she wasn’t even the one ringing me up and my cashier looked shocked at what she was doing.

Really love cosmoprof, it's honestly the only professional distribution that I go to for my salon needs (this location and the one in ventura). Last couple times I've been in certain areas seemed a little bare which sucked ( I'm sure it's due to covid) . I was a little frustrated because I went online to check if they had a particular product, went in, just to find out they no longer carry it. Or at least don't carry in stores any longer. (Or at least this is the case for the oxnard location) Which should be updated or specified online. So they only have like one or two grey blending lines for men and it drives me crazy because they aren't really colors that I would be looking for. So that's one thing I think they could improve on is getting a few more grey blending options.
