“Brought my 5 year old daughter last week. She absolutely loved it, the instructor was amazing with the children. It is obvious to tell that the instructor loved what she does. My daughter keeps asking about when the next class is. I definitely recommend!”

“This place is SOOO Cool! I took my kids there and they loved it. They got to look around at all the different flowers and plants. One of the people there explained everything to me and was very nice to the kids. We will be back to plant some seeds that we have and contribute to the awesome garden!”

“This place is fabulous. Donate unwanted or removed building supplies like doors, windows, tile, flooring, etc. They then sell it (go browse -- great stuff!) and use the money to build more affordable housing. Win-win-win. Highly recommended.”

“30 years ago I was 18 year old troubled teen. My dad kicked me out on the streets. After a couple months went buy. I decided to hitch hike to California. I ended up on the door steps of the ventura county rescue mission. It didn't look anything like it does today. Which is not a bad thing. But while I was on the streets they took care of me when I need it the most. They where good back then. The people who ran the place back then where Jerry and Carol I believe. Just wanted them to know that I'm doing well for myself and my wife and our 3 grown kids. The 9 months I was on the streets and the mission taught me a lot ND I thank God for it.”

“I just moved across country and I’ve been donating left and right at the ventura Goodwill located on Telephone Road. I donated and also purchased a dresser for my son today. I wasn’t prepared to take home the dresser. Aiden and Barrett went above and beyond helping me out with my donation items and then figuring out a way for me to get that dresser home. Thank you so much to the both of you.!”
